FROM NOON SUNDAY

This midweek show is really a rather special occasion. On Monday of this week Derek James Kerr declared his intention to stand for election at the upcoming UKGE for the Edinburgh East seat. This seat is currently held by the “good parliamentarian” Tommy Sheppard. Having failed in the single mission his constituents gave him, namely to bring about Scotland’s Independence, Derek thinks the time has come to put the people before party and replace the present incumbent.

We here at Prism were delighted that Derek chose to give us his first interview since his declaration. We will let the interview stand without explanation or hints here. Judge for yourself as to the suitability of this fine man.

In the second part of our show, I am joined by Lloyd Quinan and Prof. Alf Baird to discuss the threats posed to our nation by Freeports and SEZs. This discussion led on to colonisation and a general conversation on the dangers our nation faces in these last days of the English empire. My guests are forthright in their views, and I am sure most of you will concur with them and agree with the solution they put forward.
