Hi Roddy, Hi Eileen: great stuff again.
Might I suggest, Eileen, that women’s groups put older women without children (but may have grandchildren) on the front line on this because their children will not be at risk of removal? Might I also suggest that the 2004 GRA is looked at very closely by a legal expert to discover whether it is still extant and not redundant as a result of having been superseded by same sex marriage legislation and data protection. I believe, personally, that it should be repealed, cancelling any chance of it being used as a springboard for self-ID, and we should be calling for that. Start fighting these nasty trans lobbyists on our terms for a change.
As a woman who has had abdominal female cancer, an operation, chemo and radium, and still having problems, and living every day with the fear of the cancer returning, needing quick access to toilet facilities, and privacy, or I cannot go out of the house, I find the whole anal sex grooming and coercion thing deplorable and illegal and medically dangerous to girls. Females, because they have no prostate, cannot enjoy anal sex in any way unless they are out-and-out masochists. Consent does not comprise being coerced, and we need to be telling girls that consent must be absolute. It is entirely theirs to control, not some randy and porn-fed teenage boy’s, to feed his sexual fantasies and wholly unreal expectations. There are two sexes, but one has never experienced real autonomy.
I think that women’s organizations up and down the country also need to have access to materials that explain all that is going on with the proposed GRA reform: over 50s groups, mothers’ groups, et al, could be encouraged to hold meetings, when permitted, to talk about these issues and drag them into the light of day.
Parents also need to know what is permissible in their children’s schools, in relation to facilities and amenities, and the Scottish version legal handbook, ‘Boys and Girls and the Equality Act’ can be downloaded off the internet quite easily for this purpose. I am quite certain that changes, in both public and private facilities, are being made now that pre empt legislation, and are, therefore, illegal. It illustrates the boundaries that the Act places on access to safe and private spaces for both sexes, and what each school must adhere to.
So much of what Stonewall and its trans arms get away with is down to pre empting proposed legislation, breaching established legislation and creating scenarios that do not exist in law and cannot be legal. This has to stop, and lawyers who are prepared to state the law could be accessed on a pro bono basis. I am sure that many female lawyers will not be happy with this stuff either. The recent appointment of a natal and fully-physical man as CEO to a rape crisis centre is illegal as the law stands (2010 Equality Act and Rape Crisis Scotland’s own sanctioned-in-law rules). Yet, nothing is done.
The complete lack of regard on every level by the Scottish Government is profoundly disturbing and can only be explained by their desire to push all this stuff through. Every department of the SG seems to be collusion over this stuff, including the Scottish Civil Service which is supposed to be neutral, and Police Scotland, which is having to do the dirty work.
I believe that Scotland has been targeted deliberately as a precursor to the capture of the whole UK. Also, as you say, women are the traditional gatekeepers for our children, and it is no coincidence either, that women are being targeted first. Queer theory can lead only to complete male sexual licence to do anything they want, and I believe that is the ultimate aim.
We, as women, really have to stop feeling responsible for the happiness of the decent and harmless trans people, because it is clouding our judgment, and we need to acknowledge that they are not a threat, that most of them support us, put them aside for the moment and concentrate solely on the demanding, misogynistic, paraphiliac men who are a threat to all our spaces and rights, and, particularly, to those of our children and everyone else who cannot give consent, for whatever reason. We need to refuse to validate them in any way at all and bring the fight to them.
Sheila Jeffrey’s 2018 essay, “Enforcing Men’s Sexual Rights in International Human Rights Law” explains why this is happening, and it might give pointers to, not only the big money behind all this, but the actual and real motivations of those, in governments, in big business, etc, on a more personal level. Jimmy Savile, after all, hid in plain sight and wielded enormous power, protected by others who knew what he was doing and who did nothing to either highlight his actions. It is no stretch of credulity to imagine that at least some of them shared his predilections.
Well said Lorna I can’t disagree with a word you said, decent women like yourself & Eileen need to fight back against this tyrannical government and it’s repulsive policies, and we guys need to support you all the way, my life revolves around females, I have a wife, 2 daughters & 2 grand-daughters and their rights are my rights and I don’t want them growing up in the world Nicola Sturgeon and her band of gender obsessed fanatics have in store for them
So is it reasonable to conclude that every Parent Council and Parent Teachers Association in the country knows about this and is OK with it? If they don’t know, then why on earth not?
Stuart: Eileen highlighted – and she was told by teachers – that it is kept out of parents’ knowledge, and, if parents aren’t told, you can bet that the PTAs are not told either. I know that many people are sceptical and put it all down to ‘Mary Whitehouse’ types of conservatives or religious bigots. I’ve been accused of being so, although I am neither religious nor, I hope, a bigot. A wealth of evidence is out there. Personally, I have researched the money trail back to Big Pharma, Big Tech, etc. through the internet and the writings of excellent investigative journalists in America, and Stonewall and its arms rely on cash bungs from this source and from governments. Any parent/grandparent could do the same as I did or groups could appoint someone to do all this work for them and report back.
I also read the Denton advice to Stonewall, and it is fact. Sheila Jeffrey’s essay was based on painstaking academic research. The Scottish schools’ handbook on equality that I quoted is available to download on-line. Stuart Campbell, Roddy, Iain Lawson and other bloggers have done their utmost to bring all this to the forefront of news, but the MSM ignores it all, asks no questions, researches nothing. When something is so deliberately kept out of the public arena, out of debate, you have to ask why.
People are terrified to speak out because this lobby is so vicious – fascistic, in truth – and it has claimed the careers of so many, including Graham Linehan, many female (and male) academics, both here and in North America. I no longer believe it is just a money-making racket, capitalist predation, although it is certainly those, but that at least some of the real reasons behind it all are very, very much darker, and some of the people who are promoting it have an agenda of their own.
Roddy, could you provide Eileen Spence’s credentials please. She said in the video she was ‘teaching’ all over Scotland. I wonder what she was teaching and in which type of school. I am sincerely afraid that this whole nasty mess is an attempt to besmirch someone, whether it is the SNP government, or even more worryingly, the independence bloggers. She made lots of claims but, as far as I was able to watch her, she didn’t back them up with hard evidence. I was unconvinced by her body language throughout, she repeatedly looked up to her left which is a big giveaway that someone is not speaking the truth.
I’ve checked and checked again, none of the dreadful things she mentions is included in the Curriculum for Excellence (CfE). I have seen a document on Twitter, that is carefully produced to resemble the CfE learning outcomes and attainments, but on examination it contains a link to those on the bottom right hand corner. I suspect TIE or another similar organisation has produced it. I mentioned in a previous message that I had first heard these claims at least a year ago from a union supporting friend, who is a very experienced secondary teacher. Please excuse me if you think I am labouring the point, I am really worried that our breakaway independence group could be harmed by this.
Jan I have asked Eileen to respond to this directly. You are asking me certain matters that are best addressed by her.

Unfortunately Eileen irrespective of how much good your intentions are to educate and enlighten people to dangerous policies and situations there will always be the ones who will not accept what has been exposed and evidenced for a long time , Stuart Campbell was denigrated and decried when he bravely exposed the lies and corruption endemic within the SNP yet there are people who still believe sturgeon has been fighting for independence , so dinna fash yerself there are a very many of us who know what is going on and thank you for your efforts and bravery
Jan: Eileen did point out that much of what is in the Curriculum for Excellence (Sex Education) is woven throughout the curriculum and that some of what the children and young people are being taught is hidden from parents. Parent Teacher Associations and Parent Councils should be able to access this stuff openly, but that does not seem to be the case. A number of people have researched this area and they know that Eileen is not exaggerating. Richard Lucas, while I have to say that I do not hold his religious perspective, has done his own research. I honestly believe that even John Swinney had no idea that this stuff was being taught, and I also think that it is no coincidence that he has left the Education job and it has been given to S-A S, regardless of the reshuffle.
Many people equate the trans issue with the homosexual issue of yesteryear, but the two cannot be conflated. Homosexual men were being prosecuted and jailed. Trans? They are lauded everywhere, and they have all the same rights as you and I. Homosexual men and women never claimed to be something other than what they were, and they fought their own battle for recognition and equal rights. Trans? They expect – demand – to be handed women’s spaces and rights on a plate without the slightest effort on their part. All the trans lobby’s energy is expended on attacking women and working out how to breach the law.
Unless people start to engage their brains, we are going to wake up to a very different society, very soon. The SNP and the Greens are discussing a semi-formal alliance, and they are determined to push through self-ID and trans access to all female spaces and rights (access to spaces automatically leads to access to rights, too, and if you don’t believe that, wait a year or two for vindication). The appointment of that male person to CEO of a rape crisis centre was just the start.
Note how it is the well-salaried jobs they target, even when the law says they cannot have them, not the cleaning of the toilets or scrubbing of the floors. TERFS were born to do that, not trans women. They need to campaign for their own spaces, not take all of ours – like 18/19th century colonists of the great British imperial experiment – and against international human rights (OURS).
If there are so many pupils bringing home educational materials which require them to access a porn website could we maybe get one to take a picture so we can see it and make up our own minds rather than just hearing gossip about such matters. I really don’t doubt that this is true under Sturgeon’s fetishist regime but playing Devil’s advocate, we have to do as Stu did, provide the evidence whenever anything controversial is being alleged.
So to get this right. We have leaks of sensitive military and national security secrets virtually daily yet not one reacher in Scotland has had the guts to leak all this secret sex educational material and TIE advice for teachers to the wider press? I really do believe that this is going on but there’s something pathetic about our teachers if none of them deem it appropriate to come forward and ensure parents are made fully aware of what is going on! Come on Scottish teachers. Grow a pair!
Kevin have you not been following events recently? Women have been getting hounded sacked and even arrested for talking out about these issues.There is a tactic and a group that are nothing more than attack dogs. Inside the SNP MPs as MSPs elected NEC members have been demonised, marginalised and forced out by the same type of gender bullues.
Roddy, believe me when I say I am more than aware of all that’s going on. But our opponents managed to hound Stu off his blog and he backed up every single allegation with solid proof every time. Imagine their reaction to these allegations regarding TIE and worksheets etc (you even asked yourself for evidence of them) coming with not even a screenshot from a disgruntled parent’s camera or a PDF of a document from a concerned teacher. I came off Twitter because I’m disgusted with the wokerati, SNP attack dogs and the apathy and in some cases wilful ignorance of the public in general but we won’t get far in the fight back if all we have not armed ourselves with the ammunition of sound evidence.
Actually Kevin all sorts of confirmations and evidence is being passed around by parents and concerned family members. Everything has been backed and none of the zealots are denying anything.
Kevin and Jan , have you not watched the video where the guy from the family party was confronting Swinney with the accusations and allegations , and was being hounded by others with the microphone being wrenched out of his hands , and the I presume the organisers being outraged and overcome by the mentioning of ANAL sex at a meeting of adults , yet the subject being taught in schools to our children and being highlighted and exposed didn’t warrant the same outrage , Kevin and Jan did you hear Swinney deny , refute or correct any accusation or allegation the man made or did you hear a placatory obfuscation of the accusations with Swinney condescendingly explaining to the man that he had FAITH in the organisations proposing this lunatic deviancy
