Brilliant, Roddy. So much in there today. You know, if we can halt this GRA reform stuff here in Scotland, the rest of the world will thank us. I feel very sad that the so many journalists just don’t get it or can’t be bothered to get it. As I have said before, Ruth Wishart is one of my heroines, but even she swallowed the lies and stated in The National that no other country has had problems with GRA. That is complete and total nonsense because there are literally hundreds of cases of abuse. All the evidence is out there of the wickedness of this ideology, and, apart from one or two American and Canadian journalists, few have delved into the background of all of this. As Phil said in another context: follow the money. Nicola Sturgeon is a neoliberal, neocon, hypocrite – way, way out of her depth.
Scotland’s contribution to climate change is minimal, tiny, yet we are being driven by the Greens, squatting in government with the SNP, and with very few actual votes, to pledge huge amounts and to take action that will impoverish us and make very little difference. I, too, think this is yet another money-making racket for the corporations. The SNP is utterly useless on so many fronts now – and it has not the slightest, remotest intention of taking us out of the Union. It is a party of devolution and has been for over eight years now.
The Greens do not even believe in independence, followed by much of the SNP. These people are, indeed, infiltrators, and they are a front-line political cohort motivated by the establishment of queer theory and porn and insane far-left, totally unworkable policies; driven by brainless academics who have all but given up on critical thinking and rational philosophical critiques; and bankrolled by super-rich billionaires whose sole reason for existing is to rob the planet and us blind, and they actually believe that they can escape this mortal coil via transhumanism or, if that’s not an option, a rocket to another planet, where they will start the same s**t all over again, destroying that planet in time. The rest of us would remain behind to fry, of course. If these people did not exist, we would all be better off. Harsh, but true, and brings us back to the theory of: if we had known, when they were born, what Hitler/Stalin/Pol Pot/Mao, etc. would turn out like…
I’m not kidding. We need to recognise these people at the very earliest stages to eliminate their potential for extreme harm to others, although I’m not suggesting infanticide, just recognition of what they are and a determination to sideline them from creating mayhem. There is a school of thought that says that psychopaths are necessary to our evolution as a species, as they drive destruction, which leads to rebirth and new ways. Not so sure. We are witnessing all kinds of destruction on a huge scale now, not least to our way of life. We have no guarantees that things will improve. They could get a lot darker. Millions dying in myriad horrible ways and for no good reason seems rather a high price to pay for ‘progress’ which so often turns out to be ‘regress’. As a species, we need to get smarter about the people who rule us.

It’s well past time for revolution. I do not and will never understand my country. The ONLY country to vote against it’s own INDEPENDENCE & then to sit back & give support to a party that has corrupted every institution/Organisation in this country so they they are ALL beholden to SHE/HER..
Our health service might be better than Englands bit that does NOT mean it is good let alone great, it is the pits, Education is abysmal, & our kids are being brainwashed from nurseries to primary schools to be something they are not..
As Neale Hanvey alerted us to, a SERIOUS radiation leak has occurred on the Clyde through nuclear weapons, had that been any other country it would have been all over the news, it was never even mentioned here. All the TORY Idiot responded with was, Scotland must be feeling happy that it has nuclear weapons right now with what is going on with Russia.. Scotland is NOT at war nor started a war with Russia.. WM is at war with Russia NOT Scotland, England won’t house these dangerous weapons, if Scotland should feel happy to have them sitting next to our largest City, why is England not happy to take them away from us… After all they take everything else..

Did anyone watch the Gruinard Island documentary last night? Although I already knew most of it, there had never been confirmation that the spores had been carried on the wind to mainland Scotland. Oh, and Willie MacRae was the patsy, naturally, for the culprits dumping the contaminated soil at Porton Down, etc. It was made plain, though that the soil dumped in Blackpool was definitely not contaminated, so the dumpers were not indiscriminate. What with nuclear weapons, radiation leaks, deliberate contamination of our land and nuclear dumping sites almost all in Scotland, I was biting the arm of my chair in rage at the way we are treated. Cancers and neurological disease through the roof. Then, there is the plundering of our natural resources. What is wrong with us?

Anthrax is a rare disease caused by naturally occurring bacteria which can form spores that are fatal to humans and animals. During the Second World War, government scientists from Porton Down attempted to weaponise anthrax, creating a deadly strain that they then tested on Gruinard Island, an uninhabited remote site off the coast of Scotland.
This proved disastrous for Gruinard and, from 1942 onwards, people were forbidden from setting foot on the island. Signs were erected on the shore and the adjacent mainland, and Gruinard was dubbed The Island of Death or Anthrax Island.
This documentary reveals an extraordinary Scottish story from 1981, when a shadowy group called the Dark Harvest Commandos claimed to have landed on the island and removed 300lbs worth of infected soil.
They wrote a dramatic letter explaining and justifying their actions, which was sent to various newspapers and the BBC. In the letter, they explained their campaign to clean up Gruinard had begun with a package of island soil dumped outside Porton Down.
Nobody knew who they were or if they were serious.

aLurker: a shocking indictment of the ways in which Scotland and the Scots are guinea pigs for all kinds of nefarious and sleekit doings. Although I had long suspected – after all, Chernobyl radiation feel on Scotland after winds brought it here – that the mainland had also been affected, with loss of animals and sickness, that programme ratified it, and they knew all along that it was a danger to the people living on the mainland within sight of the island. The programme was shown on BBC TWO, but was, originally, I think, a BBC ALBA production – Eorpa, maybe. Even if you hate Gaelic, BBC ALBA is worth watching because a number of programmes like this have been made by them: the one on the McCrone (Oil) Report; and the theft of a large area of our maritime territory after devolution. There has to be some measure of collusion here because the establishment cannot work within Scotland like this without being sussed, although I have no doubt that even the SNP Scottish government is ignorant of much that goes on. A number of populations have been used in this vile way: the Marshall Islanders; the Chagos Islanders, et al. The powers-that-be evidently see them and us as totally expendable. I feel now, far more than I have ever done, that those in Scotland who voted NO in 2014 bear much of the responsibility for what is happening to Scotland and the Scots now, and I cannot forgive their utter selfishness and stupidity. All those Unionists and rUK NO voters, when the nukes hit, will go up in smoke with the rest of us.
