Today Nicola Sturgeon and her Tra zealots will win a phyric victory with her GRR Bill. It will be a short-term moment of happiness for these misguided fools. On her way to this temporary ‘victory’ she has trashed the very foundations of her party, the independence movement and women’s rights. Every opinion poll on this badly drafted legislation has shown huge numbers opposed to the changes. Sturgeon has ignored every single poll. Indeed, she and her cabal insist the majority want this abomination of a bill to pass. That is, of course, a lie, one of many used by the supporters of this GRR.
She has told individual women and women’s rights groups that their concerns are not valid. She told the UN Rapporteur she was wrong. Indeed anyone who tried to express concerns has been marginalised, bullied and demonised by her child Praetorian Guard. As they have attacked women our feminist to her finger tips remained silent. From that we can only deduce she condoned those attacks on people like Joanna Cherry, Joan McAlpine, Colette Walker but to name three.
She failed to listen to Michelle Thomson who had been so brave as to share her horrific attack as a child by a predatory male. She refused to listen to ex-prison governors like Rhona Hotchkiss who warned of the dangers to vulnerable women in prisons with self-identification.
When Russell Findlay’s tabled an amendment that wanted to place barriers in the way of convicted sex offenders being able to apply for a gender recognition certificate (GRC), she failed to listen. The amendment was defeated by 59 votes to 64 with two abstentions. Ms Sturgeon who assures us she is a committed feminist put the rights of sex offenders ahead of the safety of women and young girls.
Back in 2018 Ms Sturgeon had this to say about convicts being given the vote.
“I’m certainly not persuaded of enfranchising prisoners who are in prison for the most serious and heinous crimes.”
“I have to say I am not of the view that this should lead to the enfranchising of all prisoners and I am, to say the least, sceptical that complying with the ECHR requires all prisoners to have the right to vote,” she told MSPs.”
So either rape, sexual assault or pedophilia are not serious or heinous to Ms Sturgeon nowadays or she has had a huge change of mind. She now is happy that male sex offenders can self-id, obtain a legal GRC then be sent to a prison full of vulnerable women! However, no vote for you my boy or girl or whatever gender you are today! Like sending a child into a sweetshop with £1,000 to spend!

Make no mistake women’s rights will be set back decades when this Bill passes today. 51% of our population have effectively been disenfranchised to satisfy. 01% of the population. In the main this has been driven by a shower of middle-class plastic lefties! They will live to regret this and find that history will treat them very badly.

The thalidomide babies who survived and their families live with the effects of the drug. Again it had taken horrific outcomes before this dangerous drug was withdrawn.
Alan Turing the man that cracked the Enigma machine during WWII and was instrumental in assuring the allies won that conflict was in later life chemically castrated. His crime, being gay! In March 1952 he was convicted of “gross indecency”—that is to say, homosexuality, a crime in Britain at that time—and he was sentenced to 12 months of hormone “therapy.” Turing died on 7 June 1954, 16 days before his 42nd birthday, from cyanide poisoning. An inquest determined his death as a suicide. We can only speculate that his ‘hormone therapy’ was a factor in his tragic death.
A similar realisation will come with this horrific and badly drafted Bill. When the consequences of this Stonewall Queer Theory seeps into our society there will be a backlash. The refusal to listen to the worries that predatory men will use this legislation to gain easy and legal access into women and girls single sex spaces will result in a tragedy. I take no pleasure in saying this. It is just the reality of what has been made possible in our Parliament this week.
All those that today vote in favour, will hold a responsibility for any subsequent crimes committed against natal women and girls by people holding self-id GRCs.
The first fatality caused by an GRC intact male will unleash the media dogs of hell. MSPs may try to deny any such link to their vote, however as history has shown, our hacks love exposing politicians. The UK Media will have a hatefest with zero boundaries. The victims of their ire will be the Separatist MSPs that voted this through. As we all know there is one rule for unionists and one for others. There will be no gutter too deep, no sewer too polluted for these hacks.
Constituents throughout Scotland will be reminded every day with lurid headlines and any spec of dirt on their MSPs these media parasites can dig up.
I know of several MSPs that will vote this through even though they too know this is bad legislation. One MSP a couple of years ago told me this ‘madness’ wouldn’t even get to a bill to vote upon. I was also assured even if it did, not only would they vote it down most of their colleagues would also vote against. They also told me it was their belief that SNP Conference would never approve such nonsense! That bit was true, Self-ID was never mentioned to conference or the public!
First and foremost all Scottish females have been let down by this new law. Genuine trans people have been let down. Lesbian and gay couples have been let down. All of society will suffer from this appalling legislation.The only winners will be big pharma, lawyers, financial speculators, spivs and predatory sexual deviants.
There will be a day of reckoning to all this. When the retribution comes along there will be little or no sympathy for those that have brought this tragic change to our society. There will also be a time when generations will look back in disbelief that this insanity made it into the mainstream.
Most of all my anger is compounded and conflicted by the knowledge that an English Tory Home Secretary may be the one to avert the disaster by using the IMB to strike down this bill. Legal challenges will follow for sure.
So Sturgeon & Co should enjoy the moment for it will only be fleeting. You have unwittingly unleashed the seeds of your own downfall. Your legacy will be one of failures and stupidity.

I can’t decide if she is doing this to trash the indy movement or to give WM the cause to shut Holyrood because of gross incompetence of the parliament. I’ll be at a loss to remain friends with anyone who still thinks this woman has a “secret plan” for indy and that she is doing her best for Scotland. She is either completely incompetent or completely captured by the establishment and is following orders to scupper independence for generations. I said the same to my daughter just last night, I am 73 now, in poor health & whereas from 1968 I was supporting the SNP as I wanted to LIVE in an Independent country, I could not believe that as a once proud country that gave so much to the world, we voted NO in 2014.. I then hoped that I would at least get to die in an Independent country, STURGEON is making sure that will never happen either.

As is so often the case: the lamentably informed Scottish public will take its lead from the coming critical onslaught of the metropolitan media, something, which on this occasion will be wholly justified. We, they’ll say, gave them their own devolved parliament and just look what they’ve done with the powers granted them; how dare these people ever speak to us again about their independence! Without visible,vocal opinion and leadership to the contrary, many Scots will yet again, be influenced. as to their need of a Scottish parliament and, indeed, their independence, by the metropolitan media and its Pacific Quay collaborationists. Without the robust presence of an anti-colonialist critique, how are we ever to leave this ever decreasing circular path to our assimilation and assured negation?

If you remove your vote from the SNP, giving it to another independence party – not the Greens – will ensure that Westminster gets the message that this will not crush us and that independence will never be off the table.
As for Labour and the Lib Dems, any female who votes for them after this utter betrayal has probably had a lobotomy in the last great scandal to hit us. The National today is full of comments stating that everyone should have equal human rights. They do. ‘Trans’ people have all their human rights. That is not what they want: they want to be able to declare themselves ‘women’ in all circumstances, and that cannot be achieved, they say, without changing the law to accommodate them.
Oh, but it can. All that was necessary was for the state to issue on the face of it documents to declare a ‘trans’ woman a ‘woman’ for purposes of travel, driving licence, et al, without touching women’s rights or spaces. The documents would have a tiny hologram incorporated that kept all the birth, offence (if any) details, to be used only by certain agencies in the event of some circumstance that demanded this knowledge – for example, if a person died en route somewhere, suddenly, or it became necessary to check up on someone (to discover whether an offender, for instance) if a particular job required it. This is already the law, but, as we know, ‘trans’ people are beyond the law that must prevail for the rest of us.
Women’s spaces and rights would be protected if this was introduced in all documents we all carry, and would not contravene existing human rights . This, however, sends the ‘trans’ lobby into paroxysms of rage because the entire point of expanding the GRC is for ‘trans’ women to access ALL female spaces and rights. Anyone who doesn’t see it is naive at best and a complete idiot or bad faith actor at worst. A man is a man till the day he dies and no amount of surgery or hormone-taking can ever change that. What is being done to females is beyond cruel. It is sadistic, psychotic. Meant to demean and harm so that we will choose to opt out of all our spaces and rights and return to the kitchen. The size of Scotland’s disgrace, pursued passionately by Nicolas Sturgeon on behalf of SNP members, and without consulting them at conference, requires an orderly end to the political leadership of Nicola Sturgeon as First Minister, and probably an end to the SNP as the party of independence so that it can be seen for what it is: a party run by a small cadre that is beholden to ultra-trans orthodoxy above all, and a party of failure in ferries, energy, education, independence.
No sleeper for the unionists could possibly have done more to destroy the SNP, though possibly if one of them had managed to put Alex Salmond in jail… that would have been a queen cherry on the cake.

Thank you, Tom, and I agree with you. Independence will not be over, though, because we will put our votes elsewhere. I think we have all made a massive mistake by giving in to this tripe. We need only look at Canada, or Tranada, as Lorna Slater will know it, since she has transplanted it in Scotland. It won’t stop until it’s stopped. In Canada, a teacher – a secondary school teacher! – turned up to teach his class wearing a massive pair of fake boobs with clearly defined nipples. Later, he parked his carcass in the front row of a primary school nativity and parents had to call the police to have him removed. But, hey, this never happens! Oh, and the school board backed HIM. The parents are now suing the board members. Honestly, there are hundreds of such examples from every country where this has been introduced. The Scottish government ignored them all.
The real women outside Hollyrood should today, take their righteous disgust, fears and anger over the threshold of that asylum, occupy it indefinitely and force Scots to wake-up to the madness that is going on in their name. There’s no better or more courageous group of people to do it!

History certainly has a habit of repeating. Margaret Thatcher, with three huge election victories, thought she was untouchable. Unbeatable, she thought she could do anything. She was so smart, she knew best, whatever the people thought. And then she introduced the Poll tax. And it all went sour very quickly. This could end in tears quicker than folk expect. It all depends how angry and determined the people are. At the moment they sound furious.
Well said, Roddy. I said in a blog a couple of weeks ago that I hoped this Bill would be the Frankenstein Monster that would destroy its creator and I am still hopeful that this will happen. If it does it will solve two problems. It will bring back the protections that we need for our women and it will clear the path to independence. Once again, well said.
In 2015, when Scotland sent 56 out of 59 SNP MPs to Westminster, I mistakenly believed that the ultimate reason for the existence of the SNP was close to becoming fact. However, since then the SNP, led by a cabal of self-interested individuals has removed any democracy from the party structure – all to prop up the FM and secure her future and that of her family.
Scottish History will not look too kindly on NS for destroying not only the SNP but fragmenting the Yes Movement. In fact, if she had admitted in 2015, that she was under the control of the British state, then what she has done since then would have been wholeheartedly approved by the British unionist state. No doubt, they will do everything in their substantial power to keep her leading the SNP to ultimate destruction.
There is a long list of actions taken by NS and the nu-SNP that would alienate all but the most committed of her devotees but to force through the GRA, is the ultimate insult to 51% of the Scottish population. That has been a fantastic coup for the unionists and now we hear that this may be challenged in the UKSC, thus keeping Scotland where it belongs – under the heavy hand of Westminster rule and ensuring that this folly is continually reported day after day, week after week, just in case any woman in Scotland missed being endangered by NS.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, she has refused to act on the numerous mandates provided by the Scottish people to remove us from this toxic union. As a reward for her faithful support, she may well become Lady Nicola and she can then disappear off to London to warm her backside on the red benches where her SNP MPs have been doing the same on the green benches for years.
The problem with the “it’s all Westminster’s fault” theory is that England, or the UK, as a whole, is undoubtedly the big prize for this movement. That was the point I was trying to make when I said earlier that there appears to be a big neighbour-little neighbour thing going on here.
I think they have quite deliberately targeted those countries where self-confidence is not so strong, and infiltrated them first, moving in on the harder targets once the ‘soft’ targets have been captured. Westminster will either fight this or it will allow it to take over the whole of the UK. I’m sorry to be cynical, but when did anyone, apart from women themselves and a number of decent men, with a sense of fair play, ever stand up for women? You would almost think the people pushing this agenda knew that. They have done the same thing all over the Western world.
