Many Western countries classify Hamas as a terrorist group over its failure to renounce violence, recognize Israel’s right to exist and accept existing interim Israeli-Palestinian peace agreements.
Mahmoud al-Zahar is a co- founder of Hamas and he has been unequivocal when asked about Israel’s right to exist.
“When people say that Hamas has accepted the 1967 borders, like others, it is an offense to us,” he said. “We have reaffirmed the unchanging, constant principles that we do not recognize Israel; we do not recognize the land occupied in 1948 as belonging to Israel.”
Consequently, Hamas has been declared a terrorist organisation by many nations. Canada, the European Union, Israel, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States have designated Hamas as a terrorist organisation.
Therefore, I will be interested to see if these same players will now declare the ‘Scottish’ Liberal Democrat Party a terrorist organisation. This is why he and any of the English registered political parties that operate in Scotland should not be permitted to deem themselves Scottish in any way! They are the English /UK Libdems and should be forced to call themselves that on all ballots and all occasions in Scotland.
They are operating under false pretences. Our so-called 4th Estate should have called them out on this decades ago. However, like Cole-Hamilton our foreign owned media also believes Scotland should not exist!
As to Cole- Hamilton he and his party should be branded as a terrorist organisation for daring to suggest Scotland the nation does not exist and can never again be allowed to exist.

The other two English Parties have similar beliefs regarding Scotland. However, unlike dafty Cole-Hamilton they have at least some intelligence that makes them more discreet in their contemptuous view of Scotland and its democracy.
These should always be referred to as British Liberal Democrats, British Labour Party, British Conservative Party. That is how their candidates should be presented at every election in Scotland. Unlike everything you purchase these days, it seems the unionists do not want a Union Jack anywhere near a voting paper, I wonder why?
These three parties and those that represent them in local authorities, Holyrod and at Westminster are all gatekeepers for the English nation and its overlordship of Scotland. Cole-Hamilton at least has the excuse of being an English born anti-Scottish racist. There are many House-Jocks in the ranks of English Libdems, English Labour and English Conservative Party that were born and raised in Scotland however they have chosen to defend England’s hegemony over Scotland. For them there is no words to describe their actions beyond those of Cicero.
We also remember the British Labour MP Lisa Nandy and her famous thoughts on Scottish independence.

Nor should we forget about her party leader Sir Keir Starmer and his contempt for Scottish democracy. No matter how Scotland votes Starmer will ignore the voice of the people. Starmer would not grant a Section 30 order to allow Scotland to hold a second independence referendum if he becomes Prime Minister after the next general election.

It was completely different, of course, for England/UK when they wanted to leave the European Union.
Imagine if you will any Scottish, Welsh or Irish MP sitting in an English constituency seat at Westminster saying England should not exist! Better still Imagine a European MEP in Brussels had told Westminster it had no right to exist or hold a Brexit referendum!
However, every day just for existing as believers in our nation of births right to independence, they label us anti-English bigots, bad nationalists. They refuse to even admit their own brand of English/British nationalism even exists. They apparently are patriots. We are the bad kind of nationalists. The implication being we are like the nationalists of 1930s Germany and Italy. They never refer to the English Black shirts of Moseley that dominated London in the 30s, never in Scotland. We have to stop meekly accepting their racism and anti-Scottish rhetoric. We have to call out the Cole-Hamiltons of this world. We need to ensure every Scottish voter and child knows that lots of Anglos like him do not want them as Scots to exist. They want to airbrush out Scotland of existence.
In 2015, Lucy Frazer, MP for South East Cambridgeshire, laughed about how English general Oliver Cromwell defeated the Scots at the Battle of Dunbar in 1650 and sent them as “slaves to the colonies”.
She said at the time:
Cambridgeshire is the home of Oliver Cromwell, who defeated the Scots at Dunbar, incorporated Scotland into his Protectorate and transported the Scots as slaves to the colonies.
Each time these racists attack our nation or its very existence we have just to meekly accept their right-wing undemocratic bilge. It’s just banter, the rough and tumble of politics, a bit of fun. Drunken Jocks, thick Paddies, brainless Taffies that is how they portray us Celts and nothing is said by our media to dissuade this imperialism and English supremacy bilge.
At the next election let us remove these imposters and Imperialists once and forever. Agree, Alf, it is an excellent piece, and you have it right, too. However, I would posit that the Unionists do not care. They will be made to care – and very soon. They have yet to learn that independence for Scotland is unstoppable, although I’d bet they already suspect it, hence the nonsense offered by A Cole-Hamilton. We should simply ignore such buffoons. He has already shown himself to be a total eejit as far as the ‘trans’ lobby is concerned, on a par with his opinion of independence for Scotland. Laughter is a far better weapon against these fools.

One is left to ponder why this right wing ultra nationalist is not in the British Conservative and Unionist Party (BCUPS)?
Why do politicians who say they support Scotland’s independence continue to take their sweat-stained seats in Westminster? England defecates all over them [and their nation] and they just sit there waiting for more.
Actually, England doesn’t exist – as a state, that is, anymore than Scotland, Wales or NI do, albeit, we are all nations. The states of both England and Scotland ceased to exist in 1707. Like Mike Fenwick, I also believe that the devolution settlement was illegal under the Treaty of Union and the Claim of Right. Scotland, legally and constitutionally, should never have been devolved while England remained non-devolved. Now, only England remains intact as one entity within the UK, and, as such, dominates all political, social and financial discourse within the UK, as if 1707 had never happened.
It did happen, though, and SALVO and other similar groups have unearthed our constitutional position and set it up clearly so that all may see how we have been used and abused throughout three + centuries. This now needs to be put before the UN, and it doesn’t matter if they recognize us or not (I think they will, or every treaty ever made is defunct) and it doesn’t matter whether the UK openly admits our case or not. Our case stands on its own merits in international law, but it will do not harm to let the world know where we are.
Don’t expect the Scottish politicians to do this – a few might be willing to stick their heads above the parapet, but most will not. The SNP is a busted flush, dying slowly but surely, and I do not believe there is any way back for the party now, because the SNP MSPs and MPs will simply not do what they were elected to do. All their bluster is just that. They want to hold on to their jobs for another few years until the party is well and truly dead. I am sorry to say it, but Joanna Cherry, if she ever becomes leader, will be leader of a walking-dead party. Why the dissidents have not decamped to one of the other independence parties suggests a denial consistent with the party’s biological sex denial and its insistence that all is well. Delusion, even among the brightest, is strong. Independence will not die with it. If anything, the death throes of the SNP is heralding a stronger movement, regardless of what the doomsayers predict.
Short clarification: Started in April 2021, Declarations signed at every Rally since then, and misc Yes Stalls/Groups, with the originals lodged with the Sec/Gen of the UN in batches – BUT with a specific request NOT to respond just to keep them safe.
The initiative is being established in a Series of Stages – up coming is correspondence with individual UN Members particularly those who a) have gained their independence from the UK, and/or b) have supported Resolutions related to self-determination.
A later Stage will involve international law – a very involved but critical subject.
NB: While the originals of the Declarations are sent in batches for now nearly 2 years+, each one is scanned, copied, and retained – to eventually be compiled – after independence – into a modern day equivalent of the Arbroath Declaration.
