The Parliaments may be in recess, however, the politics continue. Today on your favourite Scottish political review show I am joined by independence stalwarts, Yvonne “Barbie” Ridley, Lloyd, Isobars Quinan, Phil Boswell the Coatbridge Cavalier and everyone’s favourite lawyer, Eva Comrie.
This week we had plenty of topics to digest and pontificate upon. Nicola Sturgeon’s memoir is being written as we speak. Will it be fiction or non-fiction? It is a sort of self-help book. She explains how she helped herself and nothing else! Will any of the panel buy a copy? Will anyone buy a copy?
Will her memoir be a better read than the 20 copies of A Dummys Guide to Government that were purchased by the Scottish Government, seems nobody read the free gift?
While allowing three of their members that have been arrested on suspicion of fraud and assorted financial misdeeds to remain in the party, the SNP Conduct Committee expelled Angus Brendan Macneil for being too independence focussed!
Angus was also busy this week condemning the Bute House Agreement between SNP & Greens. Some of his ex-fellow SNP members, Joanna Cherry, Fergus Ewing and Kate Forbes were also highly critical of this arrangement. They are all demanding that Humza Yousaf allows the entire SNP membership a vote on keeping or ending the agreement. The panel gives their views.
Mhairi Black once again showing her immaturity and lack of tact when she launched a scathing attack on all gender critical women. If you want to safeguard yourselfcabd your children and your grandchildren then according to Mhairi you are all, 50 year old Karen types and ‘not decent human beings.’ Barbie just left the room and Angry Yvonne spoke in response!
Humza Yousaf this week said that anyone who feels they are being discriminated against should just tell their tormentors to and I quote, “F### Off! He didn’t say whether or not 51% of our entire population should send a giant F### Off, to Ms Black or not?

The Salmond case proved that the Scottish branch civil service is, in parts, just as corrupt as the SNP, in parts.
No surprise Angus Brendan was ousted, and I think Yvonne is right in that this is just the beginning. The problem with ABM and any others who have been, or will be, ousted, is that becoming an independent is going to be futile in the longer term. Fergus Ewing is also on rocky ground.
Yes, you would think that there is a death wish in the SNP, but that is the ‘woke’ mentality: self-destruction through overreach.
God help us if Mhairi Black makes a come-back via Holyrood. Disastersville. Yes, there is a powerful streak of blatant and quite vicious misogyny in the SNP/Greens, and, to a great extent, it is down to a clique (certainly not all – many are women’s allies) of homosexual men and women who believe, erroneously, that the ‘trans’ issue is analogous with their own fight for recognition and rights. It is not and never was. Real discrimination existed against gay people; it does not exist in anything like the same way against so-called ‘trans’ identified people. They have all the same rights as the rest of us. What they appear to want is both their own, and women and girls’ rights, too. They can go cry in the wilderness because they ain’t getting ours.
Women formed the very core of the old SNP, and it was often they who organized events to raise money for the party. Yet, these brattish NuSNP no marks behave as if they know it all, and they have become an encumbrance the independence movement as a whole can no longer afford to indulge, if it ever could.
I could not agree with Lloyd more that many of those (again, by no means all) who jumped ship from New Labour to the SNP (the hard left, supposedly) brought real corruption to the SNP, possibly for the very first time, and they also brought their hard left nihilism. You’re not wrong, Eva, they do have a death wish. Unfortunately, they want to take us all with them.
Also agree with Lloyd on the fact that the UK has taught most of the world the tricks of counter-insurgency. Yes, indeed, we need to be aware of the geopolitical facts around our independence fight, too, and take them on board – which is why we need the very best people in this sphere. We also need to be aware of those we blithely invite in and remember that we need to invite the right one in, not the wrong one who will eat us alive from the inside out – the parasites that the present SNP have allowed to steer their brain.
Sorry, BB, wanted to add: Phil, yes, no one wants to see any group demonized and ‘othered’. That is vastly different from seeing ‘trans’ for what it is – basically, non-existent. It amounts to no more than a group of people who know that their ideology is very iffy, but who cannot face the consequences of admitting that it is based wholly on sexual kink/autogynephilia/fetish, while the enablers and backers are money-orientated. We all knew this yesterday, but, today, we pretend that we don’t.
Adults who are ‘trans’ identified fit into one of those categories. Youngsters are a very different kettle of fish, but when we rush to support ‘true trans’ (no such thing has ever been proved in any field of medicine or biology) we are giving the nod and wink to the mutilation and medication of children because these ‘true trans’ will tell you in one breath that they are harmless and, in the other, they are spouting about knowing they were ‘trans’/born in the wrong body/a woman’s brain in a man’s shell (take your pick) from the age of two or three.
Thereby, they are actually enabling the mutilation/medication of innocents who may have a host of reasons for being body dysmorphic. These might include abuse, neural conditions, body dysmorphia similar to eating disorders. They need psychological help, not examples set for them by autogynephiliac/fetishistic men who KNOW their condition is sex-driven, even if some may suffer from body dysmorphia, not gender dysphoria (again, no actual proof exists in medicine or biology for this latter ‘condition’ and it is akin to a label).
Certainly not having a go, Phil, as I was not having a go at Yvonne last time, but, if we are to save our children, we really need to call a spade a shovel here. That does not mean that we need to afford those who claim to be ‘trans’ anything other than the same civil and human rights we all have. It is not about removing, reducing or denying people their rights; it is about not pandering to what will almost certainly, one day soon, become the medical scandal of several centuries, as well as the most vicious and cruel attempt in well over two centuries to remove all public rights from female people, much as has been done in Afghanistan, except that even the Taliban, unlike the Traniban, do not force men on women and girls against their will.
I was invoked in some of the social media which you got involved in Roddy and it was good to see you offer some input. Many thanks for that but after listening to today’s show I think beyond any shadow of a doubt that the SNP has been infiltrated by the British State. I also think we need to act accordingly. They’ve probably got to Sturgeon and Yousaf which is why Indy has all but ground to a halt. The thing which best explains the “lack of progress” of Indy has been down to the obvious interference from the British State. We need to move forward in a way which can’t be stopped by British infiltration. I hope this becomes a topic of discussion in the near future as it’ll suit us better if the listeners get to hear about British infiltration.
