For the past six days, I have been banned from posting or commenting on Facebook. I have been accused of breaching ‘Community Standards.’ Someone it seems has trolled through my account going back to 11th March and reported four occasions where this grave offence has allegedly occurred. I have no idea which of my posts have broken these so called standards. I suspect the one on 4th August when I expressed my pleasure that the imposter that is, Gary Hubbard failed abysmally to cheat his way to a Weight Lifting Gold Medal in Tokyo.
I don’t know of course, because said posts have not been made available to me. Found guilty without a chance to defend my position. Someone, probably from a room in their parent’s house trolled and trolled till they found something to be offended by. I am not the first person of course to receive such treatment from Facebook. There is a pattern, though. It seems anyone that refuses to believe the lie that there are more than two sexes is open to attack.
The highest profile case in this is that of Stu Campbell of Wings Over Scotland who has had any and all of his Twitter accounts shut down by the Gender bullies. Their case for self-identification is so just, so reasonable and so true they have to shut down any and all opposition to their science denying claptrap.
These people are the modern day flat Earthers, maybe a more apt way to describe them is witch burners! In the decades to come people will mock and expose these cranks just as we do now with flat Earthers. Jokes will be made, sadly at present it is no laughing matter. Any woman or man that speaks up to defend women’s rights is in danger of losing his or her employment, being harassed, bullied, threatened shut out of social media and as in Marion Miller’s case arrested on the most ridiculous of grounds.
One of our finest MPs and leading QCs an openly gay person herself, Joanna Cherry has been one of those brave ladies that has received horrific abuse and bullying for daring to speak out.
An SNP Stirling member and ‘friend’ of several SNP elected officials and office bearers was found guilty of sending threatening Twitter messages to her. He has been ordered not to contact her in any way for five years. Five years? Why was the sentence not to contact Joanna ever again?
Grant Karte has also been given a community payback order, supervised for 15 months, with 160 hours of unpaid work in the community. That is what you get in Scotland as a sentence for threatening to rape and murder a female MP.
Should you be an Independence supporting journalist that supports fairness in our legal system and media your sentence for reporting the truth is far greater. Craig Murray was sentenced to eight months imprisonment for reporting the defence case in Alex Salmond Show Trial.
The new Hate Crime Bill that will soon come into force in Scotland it carries sentences of up to seven years for anyone that states the scientific fact men cannot become women by just saying some magical words, ‘I self-identify as a woman.’ Whatever you do, ladies do not call out any male that is in your changing rooms waving his penis, at you while shouting I am a woman. Apparently you should just avert your eyes away from his willie! You see it is, all your fault for looking, not him for being a deviant flasher and exhibitionist that is in need of psychiatric help!

The court granted permission because the Virginia man professes to be a transgender woman. He is already serving his sentence as a woman in Henrico County Prison, despite having male genitals and receiving a 12-year prison sentence for sexual violence. He should be in a secure psychiatric hospital, not a women’s prison!
Soon we won’t be able to state these facts and escape prosecution in Scotland. When I post this blog on Facebook(as I surely will!) I could very easily receive either another 7 day or lifetime ban.Telling the truth about the sex of different humans is no longer allowed.
Here though is the fact, no matter what idiotic laws they bring in a biological male with his genitalia intact is still a man, a male, not a female, not now, not ever. I swear I would rather go to prison than deny this obvious basic scientific truth. No man can change his sex by uttering magic words and putting on women’s clothing!

The Police, Crime, Sentencing, and Courts Bill now in the Lords for ratification will give police officers significantly greater powers to crack down on protests.
The measures would make it illegal for protests to cause “serious unease” and would introduce criminal penalties for people who cause “serious annoyance.”
This law would also create new restrictions limiting the right to protest outside the UK Parliament, while introducing penalties of up to 10 years imprisonment for defacing public monuments. Like Breach of the Peace in Scotland a law to catch all and everyone if the police so decide, this serious unease/annoyance is open to interpretation and more worryingly it is, wide open to abuse!
Be under no illusion pro independence matches, will be policed and viewed differently to pro Union Marches or events. Just as Lady Dorrian made two laws for contempt, one for bloggers and another law for the unionist media. There will be two sets of rules on marches, and street protests. The Unionist hardcore Orange Order will continue to bring mayhem, drunkenness, violence and lawlessness to our streets and face no repercussions. Meanwhile as you march in favour of Scottish independence and a sweet paper falls from your grasp, that act may very well result in you being prosecuted for annoyance. Shouting what do we want… may cause some Unionists to feel ‘uneasy’ and you face arrest. It is the creeping hand of fascism. We have to fight it. If it wasn’t so ridiculous and draconian, it would be laughable.
It is however no joking matter, our freedoms and rights are being eroded by both our governments. Is this what they meant in 2014 when they told us about ‘having the best of both worlds?’ Freedom of speech, press (new media or dead tree press) are the basic tenets of a democratic society. These draconian laws that are being brought in reek of totalitarianism. This is what we were told happened in bad countries like the old Soviet Union and the new Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, now they are happening in Scotland and England.
How have we arrived at a situation where it is against the law to state an undeniable scientific fact? There are two genders, male and female anything else is balderdash! Why should it be illegal to call out a flasher? Why should male rapists, be allowed to be charged as women and to serve their time in women’s prisons? Why should you not be allowed to embarrass your government? These are basic human rights in a democracy. The right to protest and oppose power.
Bloggers, Twitter and Facebook users are being blocked and removed from commenting because they are stating truths.Those that want to break us down into obedient little supplicants have been getting away unscathed for far too long. The world has gone mad with common sense getting thrown out of the window, no one I know is against transgender rights but myself, and others I do know, are not for transgender rights being more important that women’s and girls rights and especially around safe spaces or equality. That shouldn’t make us the enemy or criminals but in Sturgeon’s Scotland it will very soon and many people still don’t know about this at all because of the cover up in the media and especially the SNP. Let’s see what happens when it hits the vote and the Tories vote against no doubt and the papers will have to cover it, that may well be interesting. I wouldn’t worry about Facebook, it is a crap platform now and I keep forgetting to delete my account which I should get around to.

The inevitable result of not defending fundamental, inalienable and inherent rights. For many years folk have allowed governments to ride roughshod over them. Many unaware what their rights are or worse not believing that they apply to them. A few years back there was a survey conducted regarding human rights and one question asked to whom they belonged. Incredibly 4/5 Scots stated that human rights only applied to minority groups. Considering their response to that question it is no wonder that the Scots in particular permit such awful legislation to go unchallenged. Legislation that violates international laws, that not only recognise folks fundamental, inalienable and inherent rights but protects them to some extent, is thus introduced. Sex based rights being one such example. The right to protest and demonstrate being not only another but a cornerstone of democracy. Legislate against it all they wish. They cannot then profess to uphold folks rights, be a democracy or progressive in any way, shape or form.
With regard to sex discrimination, the GRA and HCB do a disservice to not only half the population, the women, but put back genuine debate on transexual rights and increase the likihood of this minority group being violently attacked as even those who speak out against the legislation will be lumped in with those seeking to erase sex based protections and rights and as a result real solutions will be pushed further away. There was a time when mental illness was treated. Now one simply needs to claim they are offended and everything is done to appease them instead of treating them. In the US there are folk who identify as particular animals. Some going so far as to have surgery to appear more like the animal they identify with. But they would tell you that having the appearance of something does not mean you are it. So too with the sexes. Abnormalities do not change the facts. A misdiagnosis doesn’t alter the facts. Mental illness does not change the facts. Choosing to identify as something other than what you are doesn’t change the facts. It may make those who identify as something other than what they are uncomfortable or even sad but simple truths aren’t meant to convey comfort or anything else. They simply are.
Fundamental, inalienable and inherent rights cannot be removed. But if they are not asserted and protected them then they can be violated. This is where we are now.
Cornerstones of democracy are actively being denied, sex based rights decried and progress degressed. Neither the English nor Scottish governments come out looking good on these matters. The question then is what is the true purpose of introducing rights violating legislation and the wholesale promotion of it? The minority voices are an easy scapegoat and very easy to manipulate but that is all they are in the grand scheme of things. A convenience. Who benefits from the violation and attempted removal of fundamental, inalienable and inherent rights?
Stonewall was allowed to widen the trans umbrella to include those with paraphilias and fetishes, to encompass queer theory, porn, sissy porn and kink, and is now the face of the mens sexual rights movement. This is actually what it is at its essence, and has little to nothing to do with human rights of trans people.
Legal concepts such as sexual offences and consent, age and mental/physical ability all go out of the window under this onslaught. The internet, now awash with porn, some of it very extreme and violent, drives public mores. Older people see through the crap, but young people, many of them, are stranded in an ocean of peer-driven mores.
It has happened before, long before the internet arrived: civilisations have fallen, eventually, through excessive sexual licence accompanied by ever-increasing athoritarianism and oppression. It is almost entirely male-driven, too, with men looking for ever-increasing ‘highs’ of sexual excitement and satisfaction, usually alone, or using non-consenting others (slaves, women, children); and it pours out into the public arena.
Many men become ‘unmanned’, unable to function as proper, feeling human beings, women become more and more oppressed and isolated, with greater and greater cruelties perpetrated against them and against children, until the society collapses under the pressure.
I fully understand how difficult this is for good, decent men to comprehend, but it is fact, and the West is now being confronted with this phenomenon. It might seem, per se, very Puritan, but allowing male sexual licence to flourish to the detriment of everything else is a recipe for social collapse, but that is what is happening.
There is a vast difference between enlightened sexual attitudes, which is a healthy state to be in, and a complete loss of public shame or mores. What people do in private is no one’s business so long as it hurts no one else, but when it leads to young women being choked almost to unconsciousness as part of a normal sex life, when young girls are forced into anal sex against their will and health, and when the internet encourages young boys and men to believe that this is their right and that females are merely living sex toys, a disconnect from reality is inevitable
Small child/baby sex dolls for those who choose relationships with children are being mooted. No matter how many sex dolls are manufactured or how well they ‘perform’, they will not eliminate sex crimes against women and children in the real world. It was once stated that access to pornography would eliminate these crimes. Ay, right! We are now being forced into compliance with the private sexual fantasies and demands of others, made public, against our will.
When you say a trans woman is a woman, you are complying, and in collusion, with someone else’s sexual fantasy in the public sphere and forcing that compliance on others who do not wish to comply but are forced to do so under pain of exclusion and public punishment.
The porn industry is a multi-billion pound empire; other industries benefit from pharmaceuticals, tech development, prosthetics, insurance, and so on. It is simply a new/old face of capitalist predatory behaviour which will use any human weakness to line its ever-bulging pockets and, not happy with Western suborning, it is eyeing other parts the world where liberal Western values do not exist and where the results will be even more onerous to societal cohesion and human rights.

I feel like we are regressing to the early 19th Century – pre Chartists times when Habeas Corpus was suspended and meetings were not allowed. These actions were for the same reasons as the restrictions are today. The elite fear the masses and know what power we have if we were to rise against them. Bloody time we did.
Sigh. It seems that, like so many conservative and socialist (but mainly socialist) governments before them, the Scottish Government has fallen into the “Do Another Wrong to Correct the First Wrong” trap. It’s a very lazy, cowardly tactic, so beloved of politicians, to fix something for a group of people you are afraid of, by trashing the rights of another group that you are less afraid of (and think you will get away with it – at least for a while). It does buy some short-term gain, but in the long run it makes everyone unhappy. So why do they persist? Well, given that most politicians belong to either the: 1) pretty thick, can’t see past their own noses; or 2) wee timorous beastie, “I like my paycheque”; categories, then it’s easy to understand why it always happens.

Roddy, this is in direct opposition to the law in that it is an offence to ‘flash’ in public – to expose one’s private parts to the lieges – and it can be an indicator that the person so doing could be a danger to females. It is a paraphilia, not an indication that the man in question is a woman. 90+% of these men are paraphiliacs and fetishists. No one, and certainly not Nicola Sturgeon, has explained how dressing in a soiled adult nappy and sucking a pink dummy makes one a woman. I wait to be enlightened.
What is being done is criminal and against existing law. Even the para in the 2010 Equality Act dealing with protection for trans people states ‘gender re-assignment’ and not ‘gender identity’, but the law is flouted flagrantly every day now. I got banned from Twitter until I removed the expression ‘ redneck’ describing Orange Marchers. Ironic that I was commenting on the intolerant and the intolerant got me barred for expressing my disgust at their intolerance. However apparently nuances are lost on the people who police these sites!

PRIDE activists are holding a peaceful protest in Edinburgh tomorrow against continuing violent attacks on members of the LGBT+ community.
This has got me thinking ‘how much of these violent crimes are against these flashers that have now been shoe-horned into the LGBTQ group’
It must be horrendous for homosexual people that have fought tooth and nail to get the same rights as the rest of us over the years only to have them watered down because of these predators.

I think that Sheila Jeffries is right: it is a men’s sexual rights movement at its core. Apply the basic claims of transgender to race, and how does that work out? If I, a White man, do not feel White, and self-identify as Black, I would not be allowed to do so. Suppose, however, I propagandised that Race was only a feeling, or a social construct, or both, (how could it be both?), and formed a minority group of 2% of the population that wanted legislation passed that persons could identify as whatever race he or she felt, or whatever race he or she get society to agree that he or she is, would he thus be Black?

The term Gender was, and is, a word about words, nouns and pronouns; masculine, feminine and neuter. An American Sexologist, John Money, began to apply the term to people in the1960s. That use has burgeoned and is what’s is at the root of the gender ideology we see today. We need to stop applying the term Gender to people. Nouns and pronouns have a gender, masculine, feminine, or neuter. People have a sex, male or female.
The only way we will have left to express disagreement is the ballot box and I am sure they will find a way to restrict that
