The General Election is over, no matter how you view it, for the SNP it was a fantastic night. They won 81% of the seats and polled 46% of the votes cast. This % is all the more remarkable when you consider that two of their best demographics 16 & 17 Yr. Olds and EU Nationals were gerrymandered out of voting by the English Tory Party. Another fact worth remembering is that for the 64th year in a row Scotland has given a resounding NO to the Tories. Perhaps it is time for them to start listening. Liberals likewise have been defeated in Scotland for over 100+ years. The Labour Party in Scotland were completely humiliated losing six of their seven seats. Although we hear mutterings, it is unlikely that any of these English registered Parties will listen and learn!
After the fall of France in 1940 Churchill made one of his famous speeches uttering the words, “What General Weygand called the Battle of France is over. I expect that the Battle of Britain is about to begin. Upon this battle depends the survival of Christian civilisation.” Now in 2019 I think it is a case of The Battle of Brexit is over, The Battle for Scotland is about to begin. Upon this battle depends the survival of Scotland as a nation.
It is fair to say the battle lines have been drawn. Our local House-Jocks, despite their routing at the election, maintain their stance of retaining the union at all costs. This position is fair enough to hold. What is not acceptable is the attempts to try and circumvent the will of the people of Scotland. They have made their feelings known, they have mandated an independence referendum to be held no later than late next year. This General Election is the 4th mandate given by the voters of Scotland to the SNP. The First Minister has already indicated that this week she will send the Section 30 request to Westminster. This request is straightforward, the transfer of powers on holding an independence referendum in late 2020 should be transferred to Holyrood immediately. The early indications are that the Tory PM will ignore the democratic mandate and legitimacy of the Scottish voters and Parliament. This moves us into a very serious constitutional morass.
While many have suggested the SNP had no Plan A nor a Plan B, I have always believed that we probably have numerous plans. The PM, I am sure in his usual arrogant and ignorant manner will refuse to accede to the democratic request forcing Plan B to be deployed. This perhaps may see an action raised in the Court of Session in Edinburgh. Alternatively The SNP Government may plough ahead with an advisory referendum and leave the UK Government to raise litigation. Whichever way that goes it will be based around the democratic mandates of the Scottish electorate and the Claim of Right. The original Act passed by the Parliament of Scotland in April 1689. It is one of the key documents of Scottish constitutional law. MPs debated the Claim of Right for Scotland in the House of Commons, 4 July 2018. The subject for this debate was chosen by the Scottish National Party. The motion was passed at Westminster without a single dissenting voice. The Claim clearly states the right of the Scottish people to choose their form of government. I am no constitutional lawyer however I feel this will be the basis of any legal challenge. It will then be up to the imperialists in London to push their Westminster is sovereign mantra and let the courts decide. I believe this will happen very quickly and as the Proroguing case showed this need not be a long drawn out legal process. I do not subscribe to the moaning minnies, ‘this will be tied up in court for years.’
We the ordinary folk need to decide what action, if any we choose to take. The English Parliament firmly believes that they are the sovereign power and that Scotland is a colony of England. London has shown many times that as far as Westminster is concerned Scottish votes are not as important or relevant as English votes. The Tories and Labour Party have spent the last 3 years telling everyone that the votes of the people must be respected in regards to Brexit Referendum. They have spent a lot longer saying that Scottish votes demanding an independence referendum have to be ignored. According to Anglo-Brits democracy Scots right to choose their own future ended at 10. 01 pm on Thursday, 18th September 2014. Any democratic votes since that date in Scotland do not count unless it was Tory or Labour rare victories. In 2017 when SNP won 34 seats and Tories won 13 seats apparently this was a Tory victory. Trying to discuss and debate with people who believe this is pointless. The Anglo-Brits and their compliant, obedient House-Jocks do not want to accept the reality. They prefer to pretend to themselves that everyone in Scotland is actually like them and against independence. Cognitive Dissonance is severe and an epidemic amongst unionists.
Ghandi, a passionate believer in self-rule for India was disdainful of the British Raj and he was determined that peaceful resistance was the best way to remove the Anglo-British imperialists. He suggested that the best way to hurt London was in the pocket. He encouraged boycotts of Anglo-British companies and goods. At the same time as this was biting, other Indians were indulging in violent protest. This combination of actions finally defeated the occupiers. Throughout their Empire the Anglo-Brits had similar outcomes. They always denied the democratic rights and wishes of the people, treated them as inferior and eventually left the lands they controlled humiliated and defeated. The Irish militia defeated the might of the British Empire and kicked them out of the 26 counties. Many nations, throughout the globe since the end of WWII have asked and forced the Anglo-Brits to leave.
Nowadays there is no Empire left. Anglo-Brit imperialism is solely concentrated in the British Union. We now have English Nationalist imperial rule over the Celtic fringes.
They cannot possible justify or think that they could subdue the Scottish people by force of arms.The international community would not tolerate such behaviour. The Westminster Parliament is about to embark on a series of Trade negotiations with all the nations of the world. Putting on their jackboots and using violence against their northern neighbour would not help in that matter. Do not allow the corrupt media in UK to fool you. Scotland has many powerful and influential supporters around the globe.
We are an ancient nation that was forced into an alleged union of equal nations. This has proved to be a lie. It is ironic that the continuing lies from London will result in the ending of this union of unequals.
I would never advocate violence and hope that stupid Anglo-British ideas of supremacy never force that upon us, nobody wins in that scenario. We can however take some lessons from the Catalans. We should make governing us very difficult. They have been able to close off main transport arteries, closing major highways by blocking with trucks and tractors. Halting main line inter city rail services. They managed to close down the main Barcelona Airport for several days. General strikes and huge street demonstrations. We could do all of these and more. A massive drive to halt people paying the TV Tax. Picketing UK institutions and offices. Introduce a punitive Land Tax that will squeeze the massive absentee Anglo-Brit landlords. We have to hit them in the pocket and make it impossible to subdue or govern us from London. Ban all military recruitment from any and all premises under Scottish Government control. Boycott the companies that advertise on Subservient TV and in the foreign owned press and media. Hit them in the pocket it is the only language they understand.
Personally if I could I would go further.
Where there are Unionist MPs and councils I would give them what they have voted for as an example of respecting democracy. For example all those living in Fluffy Mundell and Union Jack’s constituencies should have good old Tory policies. No more free prescriptions or bedroom tax mitigation. Anyone going to university from that area should pay the same £9,000 per year in fees that students pay in English Tory constituencies. We should respect their democratic choice just as we want ours respected.
The time for playing by Westminster rules is over. The Tory Government by ignoring the democratic will of the Scottish people do not deserve anything but contempt and resistance. We cannot continue hoping that London will suddenly play fair. We only need to look at the 55 other countries that removed the Anglo-Brits from their countries. The parasites from London never play fair or honestly, why should we? The time has come to fight as nasty and as mean as them. No quarter given or asked.
My only concern over your fluffy and other tory aras is the good people who voted SNP. For example in the neighbouring D&G, where 20,000 plus nearly took Richard Arkless to victory. Why punish them? Anyone who voted tory or for the union should however be given the opportunity to do the honourable thing and live honestly under the rules they voted for. Voted tory? Pay your bus fare, prescription charges, further education fees etc, or make a substantial donation in its place to your local tory foodbank!
Bet you wouldn’t find a single voter admitting they had voted Tory!
I do truly understand the concern for our own supporters. I am sure Ghandihad similar worries with his boycott strategy. Indeed many Indians lost their livelihoods due to this course of action. Just doing more of the same and hoping Westminster Tories will suddenly see the error of their ways is, shall we say rather hopeful. The old phrase you cannot make an omelette without breaking a few eggs springs to mind.

I’m struggling here. As much as I can see merit in some of the actions proposed, I think you are jumping the gun a wee bit.
Firstly, let’s wait and see what happens next, especially in support for us.
As things stand, We are still eeksie peeksie regards the polls. I know, I know, the polls are dodgy but unfortunately, they are the only methodology that is out there to give us an indication of how our support is doing.
One of the main attacks that were constantly used against us was the deficit nonsense and I think, eventually and not before time, the F/M and others have finally put that one to bed. Alongside the Democratic Deficit, the undecided voter must surely start gravitating towards us and as this happens, the polls will surely start on an upward direction which I think will be irreversible.
I honestly think that we have crossed the Rubicon and how the next six months is managed, will be incredibly important.
In that context, I urge us all for a wee bit patience. Let’s concentrate on a target of a half a million for January 11th to show the strength of our movement.

Anything that makes things difficult for them and even if it provokes a reaction that makes them look bad in the eyes of the world.
I think your solution to The Borders/D&G problem is slightly risky but legitimate.
It could illustrate starkly the differences between a humane Scottish Government and the cold brutality of English Tory rule.
As previously noted though, there’s a potential risk of alienating those who support us in those benighted shires although they will know what’s coming. Perhaps we need to think of ways to mitigate the effects of such a strategy on our friendlies.
As of immediately, every SNP member and Yes supporter should stop paying the propaganda tax and divert the cash to Broadcasting Scotland who are desperately in need of funding. Media is of vital importance as can be seen by the Brexit madness in England, whereby the Scots are largely immune from this crude brainwashing that has occurred. Having a well run media outlet with a strong Scottish voice would maximise the independence message.
Sporadically blocking roads between Scotland and England would certainly liven things up

I think one of the first actions we should take is order a judicial review of what criminal charges can be brought against Politicians, media and civil service actively engaging in misinformation, disinformation, lies and lies of omission during the constitutional process, ultimately, shamefully making people vote against their own best interests and at the same time facilitating the process of removing Scotland’s wealth.
As an disabled ex-soldier I am a believer in attack being the best form of defence – by those means as advocated by yourself. Tories being Tories only seem to believe in hard cash and it is this which is their weak point. As Oscar Wilde said, they are the kind who know the cost of everything and the value of nothing.
