This was never in the SNP manifesto because if it was then they would not be in power but I would rather they be in power right now rather than any unionist party and the reason? People are now finding out who and what they voted for a party that binned Independence long ago and hopefully ordinary mothers and fathers will now see what type of people they voted for and that is a party hellbent on pushing forward their own agenda they believe they can pass any laws and to hell with us because we know nothing! We must punish this lot in the Council Elections and I personally will vote for the @AlbaParty we must give them a chance!

That was a really good idea Iain, about taking the information to the school gates to let the parents know what the SNP/Green Gender Bill has in store for their kids. And that will have to happen soon before the elections.

As a mother herself how can shona robison refuse to see the dangers she herself is placing her children in , I truly question her motives , is she really as uninformed or unaware of the consequences relating to the forecast of abuse that this legislation will encourage , or is she unconcerned or uncaring what dangers she exposes other people’s children too as long as she remains in power alongside her messianic boss
I heartily agree with Iain Lawsons proposal for ALBA and ISP candidates to target schools to speak to parents and grandparents dropping children off or picking them up to expose the lies that are being promoted by the snp to hide the danger of this legislation and also to highlight and expose the continued promotion of secrecy by the snp to encourage children to hide things from parents which is against every safeguarding principle from the dawn of time .
People must be informed that their children are at risk from a perverted deviant cabal of politicians who REFUSE to listen to the objections of the ordinary men and women of Scotland , but fully endorse and encourage the opinions and participation of people and groups from outwith Scotland who have a vested interest in this legislation passing , even although they have NEVER set foot in Scotland or may NEVER be likely do so
They must also be informed of the collusion with the broadcasters and MSM by the SG to hide the real impact this legislation will have on women and girls safety , where any MAN who still has male genitalia but who self identifies as a woman MUST legally under this snp legislation be allowed entry into women only spaces , with any opposition or outcry being treated as a hate crime
Excellent show BB. Have to take my hat off to you guys. Wont change my mind but you know your stuff. A bit too much time on the Ukrain and GRA although they are important. The SIB should have had more as another executive resigned also. There must be something up there. Tell Phil 1\3 of the money went to a London based company helping people to avoid tax by planting trees. Remember Sturgeon standing on the podium smirking saying they were going to plant millions of trees. “They” being the word she used tricking the people into thinking it was Scot Gov instead of a private company Scot Gov were paying. Good show though. Keep it up. I would have liked Eve to speak up for me in my youth especially in the 1971 Hibs v Celtic Cup final in Glasgow when I was arrested for a misdemeanor and as I walked into the court was handed a charge sheet the lenth of Sauchiehall St. Eve would have got me off….lol

PHIL is right about Russia having to be brought into Europe; it should have happened long ago, but the Americans vetoed it. The American economy is now very dependent on the technical/pharma-industrial/military-industrial complexes, and they dominate American economic and foreign policy.
IAIN is also right about how the former Eastern Bloc countries have no wish to return to their former status. However, as you said, Roddy, NATO came to Russia and Belarus. This must be settled by diplomacy and keeping all channels open. Otherwise, we won’t have the opportunity to see a new Europe because we’ll be ash.
EVA: always the voice of sense. I agree with her that politicians need to be brought to task for their decisions – beyond the elections – across the board. They need to take responsibility for the decisions they take, whether that is on the issue of conflict, economics or the trans issue.
PHIL: even fully transitioned males are still males. We cannot let any of them in, and it is third spaces – genuine third spaces, not unisex – that require to be realized for trans people. Not having a go, promise, but it gets really exasperating when men suggest compromises that women simply cannot afford to allow. Eva is right that TWAW is a step far too far. Men are men, women are women. A Gender Recognition Certificate should not be a free pass into women and girls’ spaces and rights – and rights are very important because many of us see that it is ALL our rights that they want too, parasite-fashion, by default and without doing sweet fanny adams about campaigning on their own behalf. If they want access to parliament, for example, fine and dandy, but they must be elected as trans identified males or females, not as women.
RODDY: spot on; they are already in female spaces and rights. They do receive huge monies from all sorts of public and private sources, and so little is spent on anything to actually help trans people. It is spent on propaganda and jobs for the ‘girls’. They have every right that the rest of us have on both the civil and human rights areas.
EVA: their intention is to enter every female space and right – every single one of them – with the end result that they will replace women. I know that sounds like paranoia or conspiracy theory, but I believe that is what they are intending. Once you realize that a large part of this movement is a collaboration between a men’s sexual rights grouping and a men’s rights grouping, it begins to make sense. Not having a go at the men, just plenty to prove this is the case. It is actually a three-part movement, and taking it down to its lowest common denominator, the trans men are there to justify the existence of the trans women (see, we told you that it’s real!) and the children being transitioned are there to justify the “I knew from the age of two that I was a female in a male body”. That makes it even more parasitical, cynical and cruel. It is the children part that makes me enraged because they are so vulnerable and we have to protect them. I think I am beyond any “kindness and niceness” now. These people are vultures, parasites, sex fetishists and liars who are happy to allow an open season on all things female and young. I do have sympathy for transsexuals, but they have to understand that even they have to get out of our spaces and rights, and start fighting for their own, and they absolutely must stop talking of being in the wrong body at a ridiculously early age when most people have no recollection or understanding. They are either fooling themselves or are exaggerating, but, whichever, they are validating the transition of children and the Stonewall/Scottish Trans Alliance propaganda for schools.
We need to get these people out of Holyrood. Every mainstream party supports this garbage, so independence or no independence, we are going to be stuck with this. We need to show these politicians that they don’t get a free ride. If they vote for this stuff, their card is marked and they will lose votes and support. It will be uncomfortable for them, but they will get a wee taste of what hundreds of women (and a number of men) have suffered through cancel culture by the trans lobby. Women are 52% of the Scottish population. It is their choice: vote for this and allow ALL females’ spaces and rights to fall, and you will pay the price for that decision. We should, maybe, make them fully aware that many, many of us feel the same way about their lack of progress on independence.
FOLKS: you make so many sensible suggestions; why can’t the SG take them on board? Nah, since the Alex Salmond debacle and even before that, this SG has been deaf to sense.
Lorna is right. This is way beyond the SNP. It is an obsession of the establishment/elites of the western world that have been hoodwinked by a tiny minority into something dangerous and damaging. We need to lose our cultural snobbery about our time and place in history before we repeat mistakes of cultures that have long since vanished when they self distrusted through similar ideas in centuries past.

Eva Comrie speaks with authority and with language that is not couched to deceive, a characteristic now practically extinct within what passes (or otherwise) for political discourse within our Parliament at Holyrood.
It was heartening to hear and understand Phil Boswell’s analysis of the situation currently prevailing in Ukraine
in contrast to the NATO establishment propaganda being slavishly hawked around by the media and the SNP stooges fresh back from ‘Mission Kiev’ presumably for the consumption of the gullible and by all accounts thairs mair than a wheen o’ them.

Just listened to Nicola Sturgeon on BBC. She stated that all this transgender nonsense had been in the Manifesto. Er… naw, it wisnae, Nicola. You mentioned nothing about self-ID, which this is. Stop taking your electors for bams and start thinking about what this is going to cost you. Look to the future: your wee, woke bairns that you look to to perpetuate your party will grow up, and have families, most of them. There’s nothing like having bairns yourself to concentrate minds. The lads will have wives that they want to protect, too, and the lassies will grow up and finally understand what all their grannies were going on about.
By the way, why is independence never in the Manifesto?
