We ask why wait 88 days after the Supreme Court judgement to even discuss the outcome.The SNP Annual Spring Conference is renamed the Special Conference and while Scotland shivers through the coldest December in decades the SNP do nothing. January and February will be over and if this cold weather persists how many Scots will perish? We will be into the latter part of March before the SNP even addresses the democratic outrage from London!
What was Stephen Flynn’s ill fated motion at Westminster all about a mere 24 hours before Swinney’s admission of capitulation? Can it be the leader of the Party did not inform her leadership at Westminster of the surrender?

Easily explained when the SNP have said they would use Sterlingisation after a YES Vote , this would mean no control of Interest rates or Monetary Control for an Indy Scotland by leaving those with WM with Sterlingisation. So why would there need to be any Urgency ?
Roddy: cracking Prism. Every topic covered was a deeply important one. I was disgusted with Edinburgh University, the home of Enlightenment Scotland. I refused to join the pile-on that took place over the Lady Susan Hussey carry-on, not because I believe she was not being racist, but because I wasn’t convinced, I found the whole thing too pat and because I loathe piles-on on principle. It subsequently turns out that are questions hanging over this whole debacle. Scotland, as Eva says, has its own home-grown racist attitudes to people who are white, but who do not fit the orthodox mould, let alone brown or black people, so we need to keep a level head and stop reacting to things without knowing the ins and outs. I hope that the SNP supporters who have called us names and accused us of all sorts get it now: there will be no referendum this side of the millennium, just as we have all been saying.

Concur with Yvonne: I don’t get it either why Joanna Cherry can still sit on the SNP benches, but that is her decision, I suppose. I wish that people could actually learn that eminent psychologists and sexologists have been saying for decades that the vast majority of ‘trans’ women are sexual fetishists, so it is not even just the dangerous predators we have to worry about, but also the men who will take their fetishes into our spaces and lives without permission, without any consent whatsoever.
Lady Haldane’s ruling actually takes away the protection afforded all the protected characteristics in the 2010 Equality Act except gender reassignment, although there is no objective definition in law of ‘gender’. It is quite incredible. Women can be gay, women can be disabled, women can be of a particular race or ethnicity, of any age, of any religion or belief. The only women who will be covered are gender reassigned women, i.e. ‘trans’ men, in common with men with gender reassignment. There is literally nothing in law to prevent ‘trans’ women from being aged, very young, black, Catholic or Protestant, for example, or an atheist. The only category they do not have rights to is sex, in any exclusive way, although the Act specifically covers it, because it can now be widened to include ‘trans’ women who are men, by sex category, so sex and gender become one and the same even though they are separate categories in the Act. Quite unbelievable that a judge in Scots Law should come to this conclusion, literally wiping out all the protected characteristics except gender reassignment.
The only way to beat this is to return to the Yogyakarta Principles from which all countries that have introduced this bilge have taken their lead. It was utter bilge then and remains utter bilge. No women were consulted on its likely effects on females. We should be campaigning now to remove ourselves from all bodies that cater for ‘trans’ women. Leave them to date each other. Leave them to fetishise each other. Leave them to have sex with each other. Leave them to pretend to each other that they are really women. Meanwhile,If the GRA reform bill passes – I think it probably will, but not if enough MSPs resist – then it must be challenged and put on hold till a ruling is given. Whoever votes for this in Holyrood should have his or her name taken and a campaign begun to have him or her deselected before the GE unless, as Yvonne says, he or she can explain why they voted for it in terms that are not ludicrous or delusional. It is up to GC women to hold their own now.
Another great Prism Roddy but I must disagree with Yvonne, her almost deification of Joanna Cherry was quite sickening , I had very high hopes for her and Philippa Whitford but both have been extremely disappointing , both have sat back and remained silent whilst the betrayer of Scots has wreaked havoc on Scotland”s independence chances
JC showed promise when she challenged and won the TOU case against bozo”s prorogation of WM invoking Scots law , she should then have carried on by invoking the Claim Of Right against Scotland being DRAGGED out of the EU against the people’s determination , it would have created a massive furore and would have shown the rest of the world that we were DETERMINED to RESILE the treaty
Instead she meekly sat down and accepted her denigration and derision from a shower of FAKE independence representatives led by a vile amoral deviant who encouraged her denigration by remaining silent
Yvonne opines that Joanna would make a first class FM , I vehemently disagree , the independence cause needs someone courageous enough to stand against ALL manner of foes, Joanna has NOT shown that ability , she has PUBLICLY FAILED to expose Sturgeon’s deliberate silence when she has been vilified , denigrated and threatened with physical and sexual violence , she has ONLY opposed the GRA in a very tepid way from the personal perspective of how it affects the lesbain community as she is looking after her own interests , I have not seen any vociferous pronouncements of opposition in relation to the affects on girls or real women , as is evidenced the FACT that she remains within a party that has taken the contempt of voters to a previous unattainable level even liebour would have trouble doing speaks volumes
Similarly for Philippa Whitford a consultant BREAST surgeon who has sat idly by and SILENT whilst her deviant leader is forcing through REVILED legislation that will SEVERELY impact on REAL women’s spaces and REAL women and girls SAFETY , YET a consultant BREAST surgeon who MUST be aware of the horrendous mutilation being carried out on innocent female children has nothing to say about it , a consultant BREAST surgeon who one presumes has had to study EXTENSIVELY and RIGOROUSLY human BIOLOGY to reach the position she has qualified for , again by her SILENCE and ACQUIESCENCE one presumes that she believes biology is wrong and humans have the ability to change SEX
