Everything about British Unionism is a lie. The entire concept was born in deceit and has continued on in the same manner. When the adherents to UK talk of the ‘Precious Union’ it is a lie. It should truthfully be referred to as the Precious English Empire. No matter how they try to dress it up or pretend otherwise this is the reality. Even the name given out to this ‘Union of Equals’ is a lie. It is neither united or a kingdom. It is English domination over three Celtic nations. Nations that have been subsumed into a Greater England either by force of arms or bribery and corruption as in Scotland’s case. The Germanic monarchy was foisted upon Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales they did not choose the Saxe-Gotha Coburgs. James VI the first king of the United Kingdom of Scotland and England even had to be rebranded James I so as not to seem like England was equal to the other northern nation in the Union. When this Elizabeth ascended the throne, she became and remains to this day Elizabeth II. That in itself is an affrontery to all of Scotland.

The languages and histories of the Celtic Nations have similarly been stolen and redefined by the English majority to suit them and their narratives. They even lie about the ‘National News’ it is always the English news and delivered as if we all are English subjects. English politics, sport, education, health, worldview and sold to us as our views.

Even their political parties have to lie to get any kind of acceptance. While all of the House-Jock Parties have stated time after time no matter how Scotland votes, no matter the % of Scottish votes for independence they will deny the people the right to decide their own destiny. To promote this English imperial view they operate behind a Scottish label. Why, if they truly believe that British  Unionism is best for Scots, do they not stand proud, true and blue? Instead of Scottish Labour, Conservative or Liberal Parties why not stand as British Labour Party in Scotland. The British Conservative & Unionist Party, The British Liberal Party?

They continually espouse how great the union is for Scots, yet they can never articulate a positive case for that union. All they ever have is Scotland/Wales is too weak, too poor, too stupid. They tell Scots and now increasingly the Welsh the exact same that the generosity of the English tax payer is all that saves these Celts from penury and starvation. The Irish they hold in such contempt they do not even stand candidates there and instead leave it to deluded Britnats in the Province.

When challenged on the positive case for the union these House – Jocks, Taffies and Paddies quickly crumble. A simple question like ‘Is Scotland a nation?’ causes massive problems to the protectors of English domination. Should they answer truthfully and say Yes, then the supplementary question leaves them speechless and usually angry and abusive. ‘Isn’t it normal for nations to govern themselves?’ This reintroduces their only narrative. Scotland is too poor, too stupid, too weak.

This is exactly why broadcasting is a retained power. Any unionist politician put under the slightest questioning on the merits of the union would fall at the first hurdle. Rarely if ever do we see any of the House-Jocks subjected to true scrutiny. I have often opined that it is not the lies of our broadcasters and MSM that is the crime it is the omissions in their reporting that is their biggest failing. If ever they actually just told the truth Scotland would be independent at the very next election. A case in point is the Internal Market Bill. A recent survey showed that 90% of Scots are totally in the dark as to the repercussions of this act of the English Parliament. That is simply because the media in Scotland have gone out of their way to hide the truth of this power grabbing atrocious act. The foreign owned media in Scotland are a disgrace to journalism and the tenets of democracy. That most are children of Scotland makes it all the more disgusting. I can never understand why anyone could knowingly and willingly act against the interests of their own country of birth. The movement rightly baulks at using words like quisling, traitors, collaborators, personally I cannot yet find other words to adequately describe the actions of these people.

All that said the flicker of Scottish nationhood and freedom has remained since the 1707 betrayal. The picture accompanying this blog is of English/British garrisons in Scotland Post Culloden and the 1745 rebellion. There has been other less well taught and publicised rebellions by Scots through the 313 years of English domination. We do not know about them because our English imperial masters and their little helpers in Scotland have ensured we do not even know all of our own rich history. Sadly Scottish and Welsh children know more about Tudors and Windsors than about their own story.

Since November 1967 when Winnie Ewing won the Hamilton by election it has been a matter of when Scotland becomes independent not if Scotland becomes independent. Not only enlightened Scottish patriots have realised that reality the imperialists have also been in possession of that knowledge. Everything they have done from that day to this has been a delaying exercise. They cannot halt that march to independence. Though the last six years have been more of a crawl than a march.

Each and every day more and more Scots, new and old come to the realisation that the present political settlement does not work in Scotland’s favour. Once people make that inner discovery nothing will ever dissuade them. The threats and lies only bolster the Scottish hardcore Unionists they do not convert anyone or bring back those that have seen the light. Unionism and Unionists are literally dying out in Scotland. What has defeated the British Union is not Scottish, Welsh or Irish Nationalism, English Nationalism did that all by itself. If you could describe a nation, England would be called narcissistic.

Narcissistic personality disorder — one of several types of personality disorders — is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others.

Because of these traits the inflated sense of importance has seen the humiliation and insanity of Brexit and the decline and demise of the union itself.They constantly attach labels to everything from their Test and Trace farce to their sport and Parliament as World leading, unsurpassed, none better!

Their trouble in relationships is shown by the fact that there is hardly a single nation on this planet they have not at some time or other been at war with. In Europe I think only Sweden of all the nations has not had English/British troops and navy attacking.

Lack of empathy that is shown in everyday life inside the union. Everything from Parliament, news reporting, drama, sport all the English view. They have no interest in what NI or Wales or Scotland thinks, feels or wants. Never has any policy been foisted on England by the Celtic Nations. Lost of policies, wars, foreign policy have been forced on the Celtic Nations by English force of numbers. There is no fixed financial budget for England.There is no GERS equivalent for England. England can borrow or print as much money as it wants and the Celtic Nations are just allocated a portion of that English debt. When England needs a railway line or a tunnel or a bridge the cost is spread over the four parts of the union. If the Scots or Welsh or Irish build a bridge, it comes out of their own allocated budget. That budget, of course, is decided by England. There is no allocated budget for England. Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland have deep pockets that England can pick, and they do!

Despite all this control an Independence movement has grown in Scotland that is unstoppable. It has been delayed and not just by the narcissistic English Parliament. Our own party of choice in the past six years has had the movement in neutral. The Independence engine is just ticking over, every election cycle the SNP driver gets into the independence seat and revs up that powerful engine. However instead of releasing the hand brake and engaging the gears as soon as the election cycle is over the engine is once again put back into neutral.

This time though as the election time nears our narcissistic neighbour is coming to confiscate the keys to the engine. Instead of revving up the engine, our present leadership it seems wants to put the vehicle back into neutral. We do not know when the conditions will ever be perfect for the SNP to finally say enough is enough!

Many of us are now saying to the SNP we cannot delay a moment longer. There is a big open road awaiting Scotland. Rev up that engine, slam the movement into gear, and we will do the rest. The time for delays and procrastination are over. Section 30 will never happen, forget about it and find an alternative method. We keep hearing from the uber loyal that Nicola has some cunning yet secretive masterplan. Should that be the case I would suggest the time has come to implement that plan! There can be no more delay!
