We all know English people who will vote for independence. They are in the Minority 1.2 million English settlers in Scotland their allegiance is to their Mother country England. The voting franchise should be for the indigenous population only. All foreigner settlers can be given citizenship in our new country after a successful yes vote. This in the UN international standard in constitutional voting franchise for Decolonisation. The important thing is that the settlers cannot subvert our democracy.
Very interesting stuff, chaps and chapesses. Sara and David put it so well: England is acting ultra vires towards Scotland, and has been since 1707. No ifs, no buts, that is the actual situation. Yvonne and Phil as solid as ever, but, please, folks, don’t refer to TRAs as trans; they are ‘trans’ identified, which means absolutely nothing. No one can change sex, ergo ‘trans’ does not exist except in someone’s wee heid. The medical problems they encounter are down to the shortage of psychologists and psychiatrists required to deal with them. Very good points made by both contributors.
No one is trying to minimise their pain and distress, but mutilating and pumping people full of drugs for what is a mental condition is madness. We all know people who have waited years for joint replacements, who are physically crippled by their pain, but they’re not cancelling people who make fun of elderly hop-alongs. Essentially, what we are witnessing is a social contagion feeding off a tiny number of body dysphorics and a large number of autogynephiles and sexual fetishists who are narcissists.
Now, these might be distressing conditions to have, but they cannot be solved by forcing all females to shoulder their burden. Women have problems of their own for which there is not always an answer, so why the hell should we take on board the problems of this particular group who gaslight us and try to gain our sympathy by pretending to be us or pretending that they are not us?
It is as much a social contagion as witch-hunting: based on nothing more than sheer hatred of women for crimes we have not even committed; but because, quite simply, we exist as women and girls. The people who run Stonewall and the other organisations are desperate to hold on to their fat salaries; the people who enable them are getting their rocks off on virtue signalling sanctimony; and the real b******s behind it all, the big money men, want even more money and power. Basically, they have unleashed an unwell and fetishised horde upon us as the witchfinders had every female in Scotland terrified of breathing too hard in case some malicious, vicious clype decided that they were witches. It was intolerable for us then, and is intolerable for us now, and is an act of cruelty and sexual sadism, as witch-hunting was.
Sara , David , Roddy , there is much made about alternatives to an indy ref and our ability to have one , and the avoidance of the fake indy FM to progress one despite NUMEROUS mandates from the electorate , it is encouraging to hear from Sara and SALVO , and David and SSRG that there are OTHER routes to our destination , CROWDFUNDERS all routes are long , require massive funding and require the mass education of Scots to EXPOSE how we have been wronged , lied too , abused and misinformed
Sara notes that we can progress a case via the UN or the ECJ to take it away from the uk supreme Court as it is outwith their jurisdiction being under the COR , whichever way it would be taken requires LAWYERS and MASSIVE EXPENSE which would require ongoing CROWD FUNDERS which will severely impact on Scottish citizens , as we have found out already from our Martin Keatings foray where the SG DELIBERATELY and WILLFULLY interfered in the judicial process
WHY , WHY should Scottish citizens have to find and BEG funding from ordinary citizens AGAINST a government that are NOT doing what they were elected to do and who have infinite resources (OURS) to BOTH fight AGAINST us and DEFEND their incompetence and ineptitude
To have ANY HOPE of a legal challenge which IMO is IMPERATIVE we have to have the financial backing of the resources of the SG , to ensure a level playing field and ANY chance of progressing our case and to do that we have to do it as cheaply as possible but with as strong a case as the declaration of Arbroath and the CLAIM OF RIGHT

I think it’s a fantastic idea to make a program about the 1707 Treaty of Union and all the shenanigans which went on. Lets face it, the truth will never be told on any Unionist’s watch.
It’s just a suggestion, but does anybody watch Bruce Fummey’s YouTube channel? He’s a wee bit unorthodox but in a good way I think, but he’s also a born story teller, even when the story is pretty challenging to relate.
It would even be good to think beyond YouTube, and maybe talk to Phantom Power and get something structured into a broadcast-able TV program., with some costume actors etc. Really go for it, and get Scotland’s Constitutional injustices right to the forefront of the Indy narrative.
Knowledge is power, and maybe quite literally so for Scotland.
Aye Roddy, crowdfunder! It would be very interesting just to see whit wey the coort o session birls on this question. Are Scots a sovereign people or not and is our enforced EU-exit lawful in Scotland or is it not? This is no longer a hypothetical matter, and we have people ‘of standing’ (MPs) well able to progress such a case, however they do not seem too keen to do anything to make progress on independence. We have a treaty and a constitution including and conditional upon the Claim of Right for a reason, which also ‘safeguards’ Scots Law including the judiciary, and this should be dealt with, before our alliance partner, seemingly always acting in bad faith, swallows Scotland whole, including what is left of ‘Scots Law’ with it.
I also recall Michel Bernier stressing the importance that the Brexit process and how it had to be strictly legal and constitutional, and if Westminster’s actions were ultra vires and Scotland’s constitutional interests were compromised, I wonder what the ramifications might be.
I do not expect Scotland to automatically qualify for EU membership, and out means out. But perhaps it wouldn’t be unreasonable to reconsider the holding pen status first mooted within hours of the Brexit result by Junckers and Verhoftstadt.
It not unthinkable that Scotland might even find itself in a totally unique situation, a holding pen status that was an amalgamation; part EFTA, part EU, and partly in a type of Benelux arrangement as a legacy with the rump UK.
Perhaps with some heavy investment in Scapa Flo, Scotland could perhaps become a hugely significant conduit for all global trade in and out of Western Europe, and exercising a degree of sovereign control envied by countries who lacked the benefits of Scotland’s strategic geography.
Scotland could be the Istanbul of Western Europe, where global trade networks converge and connect, but developed with 21st Century technology which could give Scotland decades of guaranteed and peaceful prosperity while we wean ourselves off fossil fuels and embrace renewables.
It could happen fast too. In 20 years, Scotland could be positively buzzing.
Just as the Americans sometimes describe the UK as their unofficial aircraft carrier, it could be that Scotland becomes thought of as Europes heavy Container Terminal, with cargo ships docking in Scotland and breaking up their huge ocean going cargo loads into smaller ferries relaying through-trade in and out of Europe. The North Sea East of Scotland could be one of the busiest shipping lanes on the planet with Glasgow and Scapa Flo accommodating Atlantic shipping, and Aberdeen, Dundee, Rosyth, Leith and Cockenzie all developing ferry links with Europe.
The sky’s the limit, or in Scotland’s case, maybe we should be saying the Sea’s the limit.
Then again, the same strategic criteria also applies to Prestwick.
Independence… what are waiting for Scotland? Wake up and open your eyes! Take control and be good to ourselves. When you see it, how utterly ridiculous is it for Scotland to be a stunted backwater, languishing in poverty as a rich man’s playground with failing communities, our diversity and culture under stress, and our natural flora and fauna despised and routinely slaughtered in the name of “sport”?

Are there any Scottish hero’s out there in the legal profession such as Gordon Dangerfield Robert Black QC or Joanna Cherry QC who are willing to SAVE their country Scotland and their fellow citizens from the corruption currently inflicted on us
Breeks/Alf?Sara/David/Roddy, etc.: I think that it might be possible to suss out people with the necessary expertise to help with the workload. For example, I am not convinced that all Scottish lawyers are wolverines; many will be; but some will be willing to act pro bono. Already, a great deal of initial work has been done by people who do see the truth of our situation. Imagine the kudos for a constitutional lawyer or two who were willing to take this on, the ultimate publicity. Also, thre will be law students who would be willing to do the donkey work that preparing a case will take.
It is finding these people that will be the initial problem, but an advert in the Journal of the Law Society of Scotland might do the job – no flannel, just a straightforward resume of the facts and the need for help on a pro bono basis for Scotland’s sake and for the sake of the future survival of Scots Law in all its various manifestations. Most lawyers and former and retired lawyers take the Journal or subscribe on-line to it, and it itself is a rich source of information on constitutional matters, as well as on other legal fields. People in other fields of expertise, not directly related to the law, for example, many in ALBA and ISP could also be encouraged to help.
Ordinary people with no legal expertise at all, can still research items if they are told what to look for, and this could come from people like Sara and David. It could be done, but it would need a great deal of pulling everything together and pooling all manner of resources – an overall managerial role – in the name of the people of Scotland. Of course, a large fund-raiser would also be necessary, but it could be an on-going project, long-term, using such monies as are available at any given time, and continuing the fund-raising effort.

The way some people talk about progressing our cause via the emphasis and routes suggested by SALVO ( Love that name !! ) and SSRG you would think it’s the equivalent of finding the Holy Grail of Nuclear Fusion ( or something even harder eg finding a Nu SNP MSP/MP with a functioning backbone . With a few notable exceptions – Hi Phil 🙂 ) .
It’s not . What’s required – as Sara and others keep saying , is greater awareness of these things amongst our support and , ideally , the Scottish people generally , and the unbending intent of our representatives to hammer this message home .
