  • First may I say Roddy I thoroughly enjoy the podcasts and everyones varied opinions sometimes even Including yours (joke) but I was horrified at a couple of things Yvonne brought up , the first one she mentioned was ALBA amalgamating with the Sturgeon Nonce Party as was proposed by some people she spoke with , The second one was when she mentioned Humza Useless as FM ,she maintained that as a fellow Muslim she believed Humza wasn’t as supportive of the GRR as was presumed to be the case , I personally have strong objections to her reasoning , 1 If he had ANY reservations about the GRR and its effect on the safety and security of our women and girls WHY would he even consider voting for it , WHERE is his INTEGRITY and HONESTY or even his BRAVERY
2 Yvonne made reference to her fellow Muslim Humza and the Muslim beliefs , THE GRR is NOT about which religion or cult that you follow IT is about the safety and security of SCOTTISH women and girls, it does not matter whether your religion or cult believes in having underage sex with minors or marrying off young girls to older men this is Scotland and we are supposed to adhere to the rules and laws of Scotland, irrespective of country of birth or religion

These reasons are why I vehemently disagreed with Sturgeon opening up the GRR consultation to a worldwide audience and allowing opinion from organisations and individuals from abroad, where every Tom , dick or Harry that had a vested interest in the passing of the bill had an opportunity to overwhelmingly FORCE this legislation on the women and girls of SCOTLAND through the gerrymandering of voting numbers , a DELIBERATE PLOY by sturgeon which again FAILED
It is no one else’s business bar Scottish people’s business what legislation is passed , and if religions or cults want to determine the direction of legislation they should have to comply with ALL requirements

  • I have to say that I think the GRR did bring Nicola Sturgeon because she must have dreaded the next interview on this topic which would have demolished her ‘but true trans never do this’ argument, in relation to the butcher who had been ‘trans’ for years. This child could have been killed; and, as it is, she will have been traumatised and damaged. Sturgeon said this could never happen, that women were exaggerating. She would have held responsible by the media, and chickened out. Sorry, no excuses. The money will be talked out of court and nothing will come of it, as so often happens when party finances are brought to task.

The 2004 GRA requires to be repealed and a campaign for this must target Westminster. Nothing short of this is going to stop this stuff. Yvonne is right. We are in for the long haul, and women need to face facts about (some) male sexuality: some of it is twisted and perverse; and we should all be aware of what happens when females say, no. Too often, it means a good beating, or rape or sexual assault or all three. Stop pretending, please, that these men can be placated because they are not all bad. No, they are not, but they are all sexually-driven, and we are as deluded as the ‘trans’ if we do not accept that this movement is dangerous on a number of levels.

Eva is spot on, and she highlights precisely the danger of the GRC. I have been trying, too, to get people to see that making the GRC a self-identified document, making it for younger people and having no medical assessment for one, would turn it into the next fashion accessory for the ‘trans’ because it would afford them entry to ALL female spaces, services, sports, sex-specific jobs, healthcare, etc. There would, literally, be no place they could not go – and the politicians knew that. The world and his wife and dog would have demanded one, then we would have known that this ‘trans’ so-called community is much, much larger than we had supposed from the propaganda. In other words, deviant sex/autogynephilia/paraphilia/fetish is much more prolific than anyone wishes to admit. They used to keep it in the bedroom but, now, every narcissist on the planet want to force everyone else into their deviant fantasies.

The Greens do not want, and never wanted, independence. Like the far left, they are parasites on independence. How can they suck on its marrow if they have to enact it? Without access to power, the Greens are nothing, so they will try to hang on in there, as will the far left ‘wokies’ of the SNP itself. I have to laugh when it is suggested that the old guard – that’s us – should be sidelined and the youth take over. Dear God, has no one learned from Thatcher’s era when 19-year-olds were destroying the economy in the City, and being paid handsomely for so doing? People with no life experience are a menace because they always see things in black and white, and reality often eludes them. If we want to end up in a totalitarian state, by all means elect youth to positions of power. Pol Pot, Mao, Stalin, Hitler would be applauding from their graves. Like a good wine, youth needs to mature.

If the new leader carries on regardless, the backlash, long restrained, will come, and the SNP will set itself aflame. I would not grieve at the loss of this lot of carpetbaggers, but we have to be pragmatic and realistic because the SNP is still in power, and independence is going nowhere without the SNP – at least, no time soon – so we have little choice but to reach out. However, we cannot and should not reach out until the GRRB is no more and has no chance of being brought out again. There can be – statistically – no way to gain independence without the female vote, and although there may be a lot more autogynephiles and various fetishists out there than imagined initially, there are not more of them than there are women. The SNP needs to think long and hard: do they carry on with the GRRB and lose a massive part of the women’s vote making independence impossible for the foreseeable future, or do they ditch the Greens and the GRRB and get back to the basics of independence, because, if they don’t, not only will we not get independence, but the SNP will be immolated in a future election, their candidates voted out, and any chance of independence, such as it was, with them?
