Plausible Deniability

Yesterday the Independence movement had a rare victory of sorts. Drew Hendry wrote himself into the hearts of the YES support by fighting back against the obfuscation and arrogance of the imperial English Parliament. The headlines in the unionist media shout about an SNP MP trying to remove their sacred mace and disrupting their procedures. Read more about Plausible Deniability[…]

Show Me The Money.

It is now common knowledge that the £700,000 raised and ring fenced for an independence referendum by the SNP has been spent. There is no indication exactly where or when this money has been used. We can speculate all day long however it needs the leadership of the party to give a full explanation immediately. Read more about Show Me The Money.[…]

The Strategist & The Apprentice

For some time now, the SNP has been staggering from one self-inflicted disaster to the next. People, myself included keep asking ‘how did this happen?’ How did the Party that Nicola Sturgeon inherited in November 2014 become so accident prone and riven by so much division in such a short space of time? The Battle of Scotland Is About To Begin…

On the sixth anniversary of the Independence referendum Sir Keir Starmer leader of the Worker’s Party deigned to visit the Scottish colony. Unlike his predecessor Corbyn it is unlikely Starmer travelled in second class alongside any of the proletariat. SNP ISP & Me.

I had a really strange, stressful and enlightening weekend because of one single tweet and Facebook Post. Someone, not me had taken the latest Survation Opinion Poll on Holyrood voting intentions and ran it through a seat calculator. It was very interesting what the projections revealed. It shows that the SNP wins a majority in Read more about SNP ISP & Me.[…]

They Never Learn.

The past week or so has seen the British Labour Party in Scotland participating in its second favourite pastime. Internecine party politics is a SLAB speciality. They have never been as efficient or sleekit in the removal of their branch managers as their fellow Neoliberal Tory chums. We recently witnessed Jackson Carlaw leaving the chamber Read more about They Never Learn.[…]

What’s The Plan?

The Big Short is a movie for anyone that is interested in the reasons for 2008 crash. It is billed as a Comedy Drama. I would probably call it a Factumentary/Tragedy. It outlines the root causes and reason for the entire Ponzi scheme financial crash. Without ruining the ending, I can say greed is the Read more about What’s The Plan?[…]

Fight or Flee?

It has been trailed in the Sunday newspapers and on English TV. The Tory Party have the destruction of devolution in their sights. Tories throughout their history have always opposed every beneficial change in society. They are Conservatives with a capital C, no small c for them. When the Chartists first appeared the Tories objected Read more about Fight or Flee?[…]

What if……

In my working career I worked in the Web Hosting business. Nowadays it seems everyone has something hosted, usually cloud based. I was in the vanguard of the industry which of course, did not come into being till the Internet arrived in the late 1990s. Cloud at that time just didn’t exist. My job was Read more about What if……[…]
