It has been trailed in the Sunday newspapers and on English TV. The Tory Party have the destruction of devolution in their sights. Tories throughout their history have always opposed every beneficial change in society. They are Conservatives with a capital C, no small c for them. When the Chartists first appeared the Tories objected to all their demands.They opposed the calls from the American Colonies on representation for taxation. They opposed universal suffrage, votes for women.They opposed the ending of slavery, children going up chimneys or down into coal mines. They opposed the formation of Trade Unions, collective bargaining, the welfare state, social housing, the NHS. They opposed legalising gay love and marriage. Any measure that brings equality or fairness closer to the masses, the Tories have always resisted that change. Every single country of the empire that entreated for Independence, the Tories opposed it. If the Tories under Churchill had been the government post-war instead of Atlee, it would have been unlikely that the Welfare State would have been introduced nor Indian independence happened in 1947. The Americas, Ireland, Cyprus, Aden(Yemen) Malaya, Singapore, Kenya, Egypt et al, everywhere the Butchers Apron was planted by force the Tories opposed it being removed and those nations handed over to their rightful owners.These and many other countries had to resort to violence to gain their independence from London. England since its inception has always been a parasitical, violent aggressor nation. They have never been able to stand on their own two feet. The nation of England began in war with William the Conqueror and has never stopped since.They have always chosen to steal assets and resources rather than to develop their own wealth within their own borders. They never have enough and covet what is not theirs by right. Now as their global empire has gone all that is left is the countries of the Union. These Celtic nations are there purely to operate to the needs of the English nation as far as Westminster is concerned. As far as the Tories are concerned the English nation is only there to enrich the very few, the ordinary English people are excluded from that wealth too. It has always been that way, one day soon the guid folk of England will realise they too have been used and abused by the elite. The politicians of England do not view their mission as one to improve the lives of all in the union. The last thing on the minds of the Tories that pollute the green and red benches, at Westminster is Common Weal. The Tories do not get up in the morning and think about how they can achieve better housing for all, better working conditions and fairer pay for all of the citizens. They awaken and think only about how they can enrich themselves and their corrupt friends. So what if people are sleeping rough? Who cares if millions of children in the union waken up in hunger and go to sleep hungry. Old age pensioners having to choose heat or eat is not their concern. When those Tory eyes open all they see are their own reflections and the commodity prices from the Asian markets that were operating as they slept. The post-war settlement is something the Tories hated. Since they regained power in 1951 the Tories have been working on dismantling this abomination to the British Establishment. Now in 2020 they have almost completed their mission. The nationalised industries of Coal, Steel Shipbuilding have been destroyed. Telecommunications, Railways Water and Power are all back in the hands of profiteers, not in the hands of the people. The Welfare State hardly exists, social housing has all but gone, social welfare is a pittance and extremely difficult for the poor and disadvantaged to access. State pensions are miserly, and people are made to wait later in life even to get this derisory sum. Their contributions to their pensions now stay longer, in the hands of the spivs and profiteers. The English NHS is all but back in private hands. Now all that is left for the right wing to steal and sell off is the Celtic nations of the Union.

They have made their intent known. Brexit will be followed by the selling off of the remaining union assets. There is nothing left in England to sell, so they need to end the devolution experiment to get their hands on the possessions of the Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish. The Tories opposed Devolution from the outset. It removed oversight from the English Parliament that the right wing always controls. The thought of other, more competent politicians making decisions on these islands fill them with jealous fury. Covid19, showed that they were right to be worried. The Celtic Governments have demonstrated they are better at managing their own nations. The BBC and corrupt media have tried to disguise this truth, however as numbers for independence show, the people are not duped any more. At all times the motivation for English Tories is, how do we make personal money from this? War, peace, life, death there always has to be a way to make the 1% more money!

In Scotland in particular the rejection of Toryism and refusal to bend to the will of Mother England enrages. The assets of Scotland are vast and many. The oil they have, the seabed, the taxes, the duty, the land. Enough though is never enough for these vultures. The NHS, the opportunity to build nuclear power stations and dump waste too hazardous to be disposed of in England. Fracking, so much money to be made for the few if they can just get back in charge of the entire country and remove these pesky Scots from controlling the resources they want to steal. Scotland is all that stands in the way of a few billionaires in England becoming even wealthier.

The warning signs have been there for all to see. In June 2019 David Mundell took possession of a custom built building in Edinburgh to house 3,000 UK Civil Servants. Why would London want 3,000 civil servants in a devolved nation?

The day after the Brexit disaster, the entire world knew then that the British Union was finished. The SNP, Scottish Government at that time instead of preparing for Scotland’s exit from the British Union chose to try and reverse the English Nationalists decision to leave the European Union. Three wasted years as far as Scotland was concerned. The previous 309 years of union have taught everyone that in terms of the British Union, England gets what England wants, Scotland gets what England wants, Wales gets what England wants. Everything that has been said and done to Scotland since September 2014 has pointed to this final showdown. England’s Parliament is coming to destroy the devolution settlement. Now is not the time for any more procrastination. Now is not the time for single issue stupidity. Now is not the time for any vanity politics. Now is the time for unity, determination and good old Scottish grit and ferocity. You need to bring all our MPs back from that House of Abomination in London even if Wishart throws an almighty tantrum, him too. Close the border to all but essential traffic, keep Covid out!

You need to make your peace with the big beast up in Strichen. We need our best warriors in this fight. He can lead the YES Division. You can lead the Political Division. Inform London today that their threats are unacceptable and any move on the devolution settlement will be taken as an annulment of the entire Treaty of Union. Tell the Tories, we are having a plebiscite, and it will be taking place at a time of our choosing. It is time to stop allowing them to dictate everything. We have been abused for too long, the time has come for Scotland to get out of this abusive relationship while we can. If you just continue on doing nothing then one day very soon, the Tories will neuter our Parliament, we cannot permit that to happen.
