Will be voting Alba on the List. I think that, realistically, all that we can hope for right now is that Alba MSPs will haunt the SNP and Nicola Sturgeon. For the next Scottish election, Alba must stand in the constituency, too. I worry that we simply do not have another five years, though, and, as a woman, I know that my sex definitely does not have another five years. The electorate out there does not appear to have a clue about either the trans lobby’s real agenda or about the SNP’s real non-existent independence, and we do not have another five years to hang around for them to waken up. I believe that the real reason that the SNP is being so disparaging of Alba is, of course, fear, but also because the same people who fear Alba are those who have captured the SNP and the Greens and the Lib Dems, and who carry out a relentless campaign of vicious nastiness on-line. They are turning what they have learned against the Alba Party because they know they are talking through their bum holes on both trans issues and independence, and fear the people finding out.
What an excellent interview. Kirk is a seasoned campaigner and an excellent candidate with a passion and a plan for his homeland. His explanation of the “Vote SNP 1&2” was very interesting as times have changed and should be shared far and wide as a reason to vote ALBA in the list vote. ALBA has fantastic candidates throughout Scotland and Scotland would be mad not to endorse each and every one of them.
I enjoyed listening to Kirk Torrance – a Highlander who knows that the Highland people desperately need a choice of worthwhile, well-paid employment. We have to keep our young people here. We must halt the migration to the cities. Kirk Torrance will see that our new political ALBA PARY ensures that the Highlands flourish within an independent Scotland.

That was a excellent interview with Kirk. He’s very passionate about Indy, he knows what he is doing re campaigning & I really like what he said about MSPs in SNP having their own thoughts on independence & how to vote. It gives me a little more confidence that having ALBA in HR will make a difference! I want to take every little chance we have to change the current thinking in SNP hierarchy, but the interview has me actually believing that it may be possible, in spite of the rhetoric Sturgeon has been putting out to MSM.
Doing nothing will change nothing. We have to try doing SOMETHING. Thursday is the day we make that change.
