Upton no good

FROM NOON SUNDAY.

This week the woke cult was being held up to scrutiny on both sides of the pond. It didn’t fare well in either place. In an employment tribunal in Scotland, Sandie Peggie lodged a complaint against NHS Fife after she was suspended following a row over the use of the women only facility at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy, Fife, by a biological male Dr Theodore Upton.

Dr Upton self-identifies as a woman. He has had to take months off from work as he has had hurty feeling syndrome because Sandie Peggie would not get undressed in his presence nor had she any desire to see his dangly bits!

Nurse Sandie Peggie claims that having to share the room with Dr Theodore Upton – who is a ‘trans woman’/genetical adult human male amounted to unlawful harassment under the Equality Act.

NHS Fife wanted this tribunal held in private and after the transcript of the evidence was made public it is no surprise that was their wish!

The panel this week minus Lloyd Quinan of Phil Boswell, Allan Petrie and Eva Comrie delve into the hearing evidence and give us their very valid opinions of the events and main talking points.

Meanwhile, over in the US President Trump issued a Presidential Executive Order banning biological males participating in women’s sports. While the final decisions on such matters lies with the state legislators, such edicts from the White House are usually obeyed.Certainly if any federal funding is involved. We ask if this is the beginning if the end for the woke devotees.

At Holyrood this week Alison Johnstone, Holyrood Presiding officer and Green Party, MSP, announced with much pride that the Scottish Parliament has passed a Gender Sensitising Motion. The panel asks, what the hell does that mean and what does it do to assist the Scottish people suffering under the London induced austerity?

It certainly does nothing for the Grangemouth Refinery workers who this past week received their redundancy notices. Our foreign owned media and broadcasters went out of their way not to mention it as it just might reflect badly on Mother England’s Union.Worse still our SNP Scottish Government also seemed to have signed up to the don’t talk about Grangemouth cult.

Scotland is about to become the only oil producing nation on the planet without their own refinery. Meanwhile, in England their five refineries and amazingly with no English oil resource, just Scotland’s oil, all will be expanding their workforces and capacity to take up the extra work coming their way at the expense of Grangemouth and Scotland. But remember we are not an English colony!

Scottish local authorities let it be known this week that English Labour’s NIC tax hike would set them back an extra £100 million this year. Our NHS will have similar extra costs to fund the English treasury.

We also heard this week that the very discredited and corrupt USAID have been funding part of the BBC. Now you know why the Beeb is so pro everything American! We really are being taken for fools folks.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say that the BBC is pro everything American but they are certainly everything DEI and pro gender ideology which was coming from the Biden Democrats
The BBC received its $2.1 million funding to help the BBC “value the diversity of Libyan society” to be precise!
Certainly concerning for both UK licence payers and US tax payers

This thread shows why it’s not just the staff that have to worry about this issue but also the patients whose very lives might be put at risk for DEI.

I’m in awe of Sandie’s courage in taking this case forward, that she was subjected to such awful questioning after such awful treatment by NHS Fife was bad enough, but the family had only days before had the service and cremation for her father. Yet it was Upton who shed the tears, not the grieving daughter, and it was he who was surrounded by support right behind him whilst she was questioned isolated and alone on the stand.

    I stand with Sandie Peggie.

    • Hear, hear, PP. The capitulation of so many of the sanctimonious, cowering Vichy women is more than off-set by he extraordinary courage of others – like Sandie.

  • Phil: all the literature, from the 1950s to the present day, concur that this is either, or both, cross-dressing fetishism (transvestism) or autogynephilia, or a combination of fetishistic and/or paraphiliac deviances. That is the plain truth. Now, while we can all desist from using derogatory language against these men, we are under no moral or legal obligation to accept their delusions. Some will never be a threat to women as such (homosexual transvestites) but, since the majority are now heterosexual men, it is even more important that we know what we are dealing with and do not flinch from stating facts.

The Fife NHS is following ‘Stonewall Law’ and they know it. I would not be surprised to learn that the records have disappeared or been altered. HR departments in these places (and in many others, both public and private sector) are drenched in this stuff. A huge industry and many useless jobs have been created around it, with megabucks being the reward on the corporate side, and a free-for-all sexual gratification fest for those on the front line (go along to a Pride march and see for yourself) – i.e the adult males (the females and children) are two separate branches of the infestation). This is wholly about men’s sexual perversions. Even the mild-mannered ones who would not harm women practise ‘womanface’ which is, on a psychological level, traumatizing for women and girls. By the way, disabled loos are for disabled people, not people who choose their gender. Many disabled people don’t want them there either. Unisex loos and changing rooms for them – by law – or third spaces. If they don’t like it, they can lump it. Their choice.

USAID removal has been a long time coming because many of the American public have been angry for years at the way in which, again, a whole industry has grown up around aid, and, again, with many jobs attached that do little to put the aid to the best use – i.e. in helping people on the ground. Instead, corruption and siphoning off of funds has been taking place. This has been known about for donkey’s years, as has UNWRA’s corruption, and which the UN has also known about for a very long time. You have to understand that the Democrats have been enabling all this. I would’t trust Mr Trump, especially, but he was voted in on a platform to change these things, in particular, DEI which has become an industry on its own and is anathema to the well-being of the West.

I may well be very wrong, but I simply cannot envisage the world standing back and allowing the Gazans to be relocated. I do think that the expulsion of Hamas will be the price of rebuilding, though. That will mean they will take their families with them, and we will see just how many Palestinian civilians are part of Hamas. I think that Trump has thrown a firework into the fire of Gaza and is waiting to see how the West (and Russia, China, the Arab states, and others) are going to react. The West Bank (Judea and Samaria) will be annexed finally, I believe, or returned to its Israeli home, depending on your viewpoint, and any Palestinians not happy with that will be relocated to Gaza. I would imagine that most of the Palestinian farmers and townspeople will be, if not happy, reconciled, to that solution. No way on Earth will the Israelis forfeit a corridor through Israel to join the two parts. Anything on the table went out of the window on 7 October. Jordan and Egypt are treating the worst medical cases, which I doubt Israel will do again until matters are settled. The Palestinians are paying, and will continue to pay, a very heavy price for that Hamas incursion and massacre, but the longer term may see the Gazans reconciled and settled enough to start negotiations on statehood with the Israelis.

So many here, in Scotland, and in the UK, seem to be oblivious to the fact that sick and ill Palestinians were, hitherto, treated in Israeli hospitals and many worked in Israel. That is why there were queues, not because the Israelis wanted to harass them, but because they could not allow potential Hamas into Israel. Too many of them betrayed their employers in the kibbutzes, to Hamas, by providing intelligence, family names, etc. Would anyone other than insane ‘woke’ idiots welcome them back?
