I have mentioned many times before that I first joined the SNP as a schoolboy in 1968.

Throughout that time the ‘establishment’ has treated the party and all in it rather appallingly.

We have been labelled Tartan Tories, Tartan Taliban,Snake-Oil Salesmen, Protestants, Catholics, Nazis, Communists, Cybernatsis, and any other pejorative insult the media, our opponents and the Anglo-Brit establishment think may damage the move to normality for Scotland.

Until the late 1990s the establishment and their political parties controlled 100% of the media and by that the message the people received.

They still own and control 100% of old media.

The difference is they cannot own the internet, and they have lost control of the narrative.

Nowadays with the internet we quickly dispel the propaganda and constant lies being pushed out by the British elite and their vile little helpers.

Until we were able to do that we just had to trust the BBC, STV and the dead tree press.

They ‘told’ us people like Donald Dewar, Willie Ross, John Smith, Gordon Brown, George Younger, Nicky Fairbairn, Ming Campbell, were all ‘proud Scots’ that had our best interests at heart.

They told us that the Labour Party were socialists and that they were working tirelessly on our behalf.

If you go to hell for lying then hades will be crammed with Scottish scribes.

Labour is still painted as the Party of the workers and the downtrodden.

They painted out the Tories as benign paternal types slightly misguided they were a little to the right of socialist center politics.

This was wall to wall in every single newspaper, tv or radio broadcast.

Even in 1997 when the Tories had zero elected MPs and a handful of councilors they still had massive MSM backing and coverage.

The weekly current affair political programmes had the 3 British Parties on telling us how brilliant they were being on our behalf in that most brilliant democratic mother of parliaments in Mother England.

All of them spewed their lies and lapped up the false profiles they were given by the compliant media in Scotland.

They all did and continue to lie about Scotland’s wealth and resources.

Then as now SNP voices were only heard when completely necessary.

Then as now they received very different treatment and questioning to their Britnat opponents.

Then as now the Britnats did not need to know their brief.

The interviewers then as now never asked any question that would embarrass or expose a Britnat politician as a dud.

The Unionist MPs sat their knowing all about McRone and the hiding of Scotland’s wealth.

They sat in tv and radio studios justifying the grinding poverty in Scotland knowing full well there was a solution to end it, and end it quickly.

That these so called ‘Proud Scots’ could lie so blatantly and for so long just to feather their own nests nauseates me to this day.

I am proud to say I never bought into it however many others did accept everything at face value and some did rather well out of it.

Over the years some of the dross that we sent to Westminster to represent us were truly dire.

In the real world they would have struggled to get a job as a traffic warden.

I should perhaps at this point apologize to all traffic wardens.

Therefore, when the SNP began to gain traction, the ‘British House Jocks’ became panicked.

They tried to ignore us and hoped it was just a passing fad.

They threw a few scraps in the hope of crushing this SNP before it could damage England’s grip over the colony of Scotland and ultimately their good sinecures.

Regional Councils, The Grand Committee decanting from London to meet once in Edinburgh.

The promise of devolution one day, a few baubles here and there.

They made a few more Knights and Dames to show Mother England truly cared.

They even tried to dupe us with their Constitutional Convention.

The narrative was this was all of Scotland’s political, trade unions, professions, and Scottish Civic-Society.

In the main it was hand picked not to allow any ‘radicals’ anywhere near it.

The SNP offered to participate on the condition that the option of independence could be discussed and debated as a topic.

This, of course, was rejected out of hand.

The people were not told the real reason of course.

This convention was about halting the SNP and any drift towards self-determination.

The flow of oil, gas, alcohol, hydro-power and wealth had to keep flowing south.

Again then as now without Scotland’s natural resources England would be bankrupt.

They needed safe-haven for their big boy’s toys at Faslane.

Let us be under no misapprehension the Holyrood Parliament was never about better governance for Scotland.

It was never about making the lives of the people of Scotland better.

It was done purely and simply to protect the British state and the status quo.

The voting system introduced by Dewar and the other collaborators was not about consensual politics.

Everything in the Scotland Act was about ensuring the SNP never got a sniff of power.

The plan was that forever more the Labour Party with the backing of the ever complicit Liberal Party would govern Scotland for England’s well being.

Our ‘Executive’ as the unionists christened it was to be a bulwark protecting England’s interests, it was never there to promote Scotland’s interests.

When the 2007 minority SNP happened it came as a huge shock to the establishment.

What many of us SNP footsoldiers knew Labour never campaigned.

Labour’s entitlement had them believe that the mugs would turnout and elect whatever arsehole they stuck a red rosette on.

They didn’t know about their own voters.

Unlike the SNP Election Machine, SLAB never canvassed ,never keep records of who and where their vote lived.

They never asked their constituents opinions or dreams.

They surrounded themselves with toadies and sycophants.

They believed their own publicity and the fawning Scottish media.

The growing unrest and move to greater autonomy for Scotland were not even on their radar.

That is why by 2011 they were in free fall.

They didn’t have the talent, the data or the intelligence to fight a real campaign.

All they had as now was the corrupt 5th column media.

The only weapon our Britnat opponents and their clowns in the media can come up with is smears and false accusations.

SNP BAD, that is all they have, there is no alternative vision for Scotland.

There is no grand plan to share with you the voter.

Your Local Council, Holyrood, Westminster are about their careers, not your hopes and fears.

Ask yourself this could you name even 3 policies or initiatives in the last 20 years that have been presented to you by the British Parties squatting in Holyrood?

Can you think of a single MSP or MP working for the Brit Parties that you think is as good never mind better than any of our SNP or Green representatives?

It is no coincidence that it is only the two Scottish registered parties that present policies and ideas to Holyrood to improve the lot of the Scottish voter.

I am not likely to vote Green this side of independence however I acknowledge their contribution to the cause of improving Scottish lives.

Apart from SNP Bad, no Referendum, you can’t have, you can’t do, you must be quiet.

I cannot think of anything the other 3 Parties have contributed, can you?

I know lots of you are a little down at present and we all know why.

Here’s the thing that is what they want they need us depressed,losing interest, losing faith.

They want us quiet and back in our box.

That has always been their way divide, rule, smear, lie, innuendo.

There is an acronym in Sales called FUD! (I know!)

FEAR.

UNCERTAINTY

DOUBT.

It is used to scare a prospect into taking your product to solve these perceived worries he told you about.

Till he mentioned them you didn’t even know these scary circumstances existed. 

They have you fearful, unsure, doubtful so they can peddle you their cheap wares.

Be assured that is exactly what the Brits and their Holyrood collaborators are trying to do to our movement.

They do not have a vision for Scotland because their vision is for another country.

They have never had policies Scotland specific they have only ever carried out London’s wishes.

They have tried to promote we are the same countries, same fears, same desires, same hopes, same wants.

For years the corrupt media has been promoting that lie with the aid of local collaborators.

2014 and Brexit have exposed that lie for all to see.

The only thing left to them now is to try and break our will and commitment to Scotland.

No matter how often we tell them what we want they don’t listen.

They don’t listen because they don’t care what you or any other person in Scotland wants.

They are only interested in pleasing their London masters.

We all now have to stay strong and be resilient.

 The final push to independence is going to be difficult.

There is no lie too big, no smear too evil, no accusation or act of harm against individuals or communities that the Brits won’t use.

They need to keep control of our country and its resources or they sink.

We are merely viewed as collateral damage.
