I am currently spending some time in Dubai with my children and grandchildren.

My eldest granddaughter has shown a penchant for musical theatre and drama.

She was involved in an extravaganza at the Dubai Opera House last Friday night.

Her participation in this event included 19 costume changes and multiple dancing and singing disciplines.

Excerpts from Les Miserables to scenes from Swan Lake (my particular favourite) such is the versatility not just of my granddaughter but all the children that participated.

Approximately 300 children aged between 6-18 participated in a magnificent evening of entertainment and music.

The fantastic Diverse Performing Arts Group that my daughter attends is the brainchild of an extraordinarily talented couple from Aberdeen.

My daughter and daughter in law run a very successful Home Maintenance Company based in Dubai.

They have a staff of 26 people from several countries.

Every year now the business grows and with that growth comes more jobs.

My son in law has his own Air Conditioning and MEP company again with multiple nationalities and a staff of over 100 people.

My son runs a successful company that imports and supplies supermarkets and retail businesses with shelving, lighting, shopping trolleys as well as checkout counters.

I visit Dubai several times a year and have been fortunate enough to meet many of my children’s friends, colleagues and peers.

There are numerous Scots that either own businesses or are senior managers in companies that are as diverse as oil and gas, construction, finance, transport, fashion and food retail.

The schools my grandchildren attend have teachers and department heads as well as sporting coaches from all airts and pairts of Scotland.

These people along with many people from many nations have made Dubai one of the most diverse and vibrant places on the planet.

Many of our fellow Scots are helping make this nation prosperous.

What is it the say about a picture painting a thousand words?

 

The people of UAE were warned by the London leeches that they just could not survive and prosper without direct rule from Westminster and Whitehall.

Emiratis who lived in poverty in their own land under London rule live as millionaires now that there are no Anglo-Brits holding them back.

This transformation came about because the Emiratis became independent and rule their country for their own good, not the benefit of a few unscrupulous City of London spivs.

They threw their doors open to people from all over the world to help build their new country.

Those of you that have had the pleasure of visiting UAE cannot fail to have been impressed by this modern exciting country.

Many of those that helped with this nation building are immigrants from Scotland.

They have been educated in schools and universities throughout our fair land.

These same schools and universities that our Anglo-Brit masters and their House Jock bitches tell us are failing.

The reality is so different.

We in Scotland often talk about our magnificent ability in the export market.

Scotland is the only part of the UK with a balance of payment surplus.

We are rightly proud of our globally famous exports of whisky, gin and foodstuffs.

What we rarely speak of is the export of our people.

The very talented people I mentioned earlier in this blog are just a snapshot of Scottish talent in one foreign city, in one country.

There are seven Emirates in the UAE, Dubai is just one of them, the other six also have many Scots giving of their expertise and talent.

This is being repeated in city after city in country after country throughout the world.

These talented Scots I write of were all educated in Scotland in a Scottish education system the Anglo-Brits and House Jocks try to say is failing.

Many parents and grandparents like myself have to watch as our children and grandchildren leave Scotland in search of opportunity and a better life for their families.

One of my main drivers in the quest for independence is this exodus of our brightest and best to develop other nations.

I want future generations of Scots to find that opportunity in Scotland, for Scotland.

Like the UAE, once we rid ourselves of the London parasites we can build and improve our nation immeasurably.

We in a relatively short period of time can create a vibrant economic powerhouse to benefit the Scots, old and new.

The Emirates only had oil and a vision.

Scotland has been blessed with so much more by way of natural resources, foodstuffs, technologies, world class universities, a highly educated workforce.

The only thing we lack to transform our country are the levers of power.

We can either sit back and allow arrogant pompous half-wits like Boris Johnson, rule over us and continue to steal our wealth.

The alternative is to do as many other countries have done throughout the world and banish the British robbers from our nation and our governance.

I am several thousand miles away from the UK at present, however the arrogance, pomposity and delusion of the Anglo-Brits can be seen and heard even from here.

We Scots can either remain tied to the farcical Union or get on with the job of nationhood.

That decision is down to every last Scot, we can all make a difference, we just have to want to make a difference.
